I online shop a lot and packages usually comes through the mail. Sometimes packages are bigger and they don’t fit very well in my mailbox, which I understand. However, one time I had a very large package that had art posters in them and my mailman set it on top of the mailbox. I live on a pretty busy street so it ended up in the middle of the road. I had a package that said “Do Not Bend” on both sides in red, it was shoved into my mailbox and it took me a minute to get it out. Another package that I had, the box was ripped open and it was set on my porch. Now this time, I found this (pictures) I bought art prints and they shoved it into my mailbox and it tore the corner of it off. I am very upset about it. The post office is very nice and helpful. I would just like to complain about my mailman.

this is the second time in 2 months my priority mail package to north Carolina over 7 days later than stated. Mailed on the 27th of Nov Still in transit and nothing has been updated since dec 2nd. What kind of service is this. ? unprofessional and inane!!!!!

I am so pissed we have had two priority packages now not be delivered it has been a week! Priority costs extra with a guaranteed 3 day delivery?!? I think not!! And then I can’t talk to a live person??? Just rings forever not spending anymore money through you guys

I am in awe at the sheer uselessness and incompetence of the United States postal service. It takes concerted effort to be this offensively useless and mind numbingly stupid.

You folks are mail delivered again today....get your crap together...
