Postal Locations

I have been getting multpile complaints from my residents for mail being delivered to the wrong address. Even my office mail and my RTS is going to random residents. Can this be corrected soon. We can't have privacy issues.

11/13/2023 My mail was delivered at 7:45pm, why are they out SO late? They should be home with their families.

Chris (works at the front desk) is amazing! He is kind, helpful and overall a genuine person.

fck usps. no one gives a fck about covid, i dont want to hear 3 options for these gay as tests that NO ONE USES. Also why the fck did you expect someone to be at the house at 4:45? no sht no ones there, its like theres a parcel that can be locked and used, or better yet just drop that sht off like every fcking thing i have ordered before. jesus i hope your failure of a company closes. fck usps.

Extremely dissatisfied with this location. There is ZERO willingness to help solve any issues. I have to go in there almost daily to get packages because my mail person fuses to leave in the drop box (no security code needed. Just put it in and close the lid and it locks itself) so I have to go to the post office to get my packages. And half the time he isn’t even back yet by almost closing time so I end up having to wait multiple days. Because they won’t attempt a re/ delivery either. Mail gets to the wrong addresses a LOT in my neighborhood as well. We have all just accepted we have to go deliver the correct mail to one house and pick up our mail from a different one. They are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wish on everything I could have a different post office.

I recently had a very expensive purchase coming Saturday and for some reason it said wrong address and got send back to seller. I checked with seller and its my address... why this time did it not work???? Now I have to risk my item in the mail 2 extra times to get it back...

We cancelled our paper because the mail person is unreliable. I am retired and can do mail delivery on time.

Employee named Adam was extremely disrespectful to a customer over her ringtone going off. He mumbled under his breath “stupid people”.

I went to my mail box to retrieve my mail . Had a package in box #5 key would not open the door. This is Saturday afternoon can not reach anyone. Hope it does not get stolen.

We want to thank the employee who researched the missing delivery of an Amazon package. It took him a day or so to determine that the package had been delivered to an address that is identical to ours with the exception of two digits in the street number. Once it was found, he hand delivered the package to our door. I am sorry we did not get his name, but a big thank you is is order.

I hate that your number is always BUSY!!!!!! All of the TIME, when the matter is very important!!!!!
