Received message that this package was delivered, and it was not delivered. I was sitting in the lobby when the mail lady came, so know it was not delivered.
Please let me know what to do.

Klint a Willard resident that goes all the way to Roy for shipping
I own a small business and ship daily. Roy is by far the best post office in the area!!! I want to give them a shout out because they deserve it. They have the best hours, the most delivery times during the day. The people are by far more helpful and knowledgeable than anywhere else. I have the fewest delivery issues there than any other postal office. The workers treat you like you are a person with actual customer service as if they want you to succeed. There is something special going on in Roy, some manager needs to get promoted to regional lead!
Our postal carrier is the WORST! We constantly get wrong letters delivered to us and our packages and letters are ALWAYS getting delivered to other neighbors. We have had this problem for years now. We call the branch and let them know...but it obviously was never looked into. Just Friday 01/11/2019, my kids were waiting for a package from their dad... he called and said that the tracking number showed it was delivered at 11:23 am.... we never got the package. Then at 7:30 pm we get knock at our door from a neighbor from the next street over saying that our package was delivered to their house. The next day, Saturday 01/12/2019, we get mailed delivered to our house, and it's our neighbor's mail! We are so tired of not receiving our mail and always having to deliver our neighbor's mail to them... PLEASE do something about the carriers!
I just wanted to give a shout out to my mailman. He rang our bell to let us know a carrier had dropped off a package on our porch and didn't ring our bell to notify us. We really appreciate him taking the time to do that. I've been told his name is Adam B. Thanks Adam!
It was roughly 7:30 this morning when I drove by the post office in Roy. The main lights in the lobby appeared to be on so I thought I would stop in to see if they were open and to verify if the taxes I was attempting to mail would require more postage than a standard stamp. Unfortunately the main lobby was closed. There was a postal employee who happened to be working out front by the drop box. She smiled and asked if I needed any help and I asked her if there was any way she could verify if my letters required more postage than a standard stamp. She gave the letters what appeared to be a calibrated physical weight check based on years of postal service experience. She was not quite satisfied with her weighing technique and was kind enough to walk into the main lobby and weigh them officially. She signaled me through the glass and let me know that I was good. While I was willing to take a long lunch today so as not to be one of the multitude of last minute tax filers who flock to the post office on the final day and stand in line for hours to make sure they have the correct postmark date, I didn’t have to because of her assistance this morning. She was attractive, polite, friendly and helpful. A rare combination. Especially on what is one of your busiest days I am sure. I just wanted to say thank you.
