Centerville postal employee did great while handling a hostile customer in line in front of me today. His package did not meet regulations and because he was upset he raised his voice, swore, and kicked the door to storm out. She handled it well and I appreciate her calm and professional demeanor in which she handled the situation and continued on with her job to help the next customer. Thank you!

I have had to have a P O Box in Centerville for 40 years. I never was asked to show my ID to pick up a package . The paper saying to pick up the package did not say you need an ID. The note was in my box, my package. I was told to get an ID in order to pick it up. Of course I was upset. I can hardly walk into the place anyway. When I came back today for another package they didn't ask for an I D but the old employee treated me like I was scum. Not consistent and proud and not good at their business. Too bad they are so proud and not wanting to help the PO Box holders. Give me a small caring town any day.

I am very disappointed in the Centerville Utah Postal Branch. I sent out invitations for my daughter's 16th birthday party on a Friday for the following Friday. By Wednesday, most of the guests had not received their invitations even though they live in Centerville. I took them into the post office and handed them to a postal worker personally. I can't understand how they could get "lost" or not be delivered by Wednesday???
