As a resident of Universal City I have visited this post office many times. Every single time the clerks have been cheerful, polite, and helpful. No matter how long the line is they get everybody taken care of quickly, but without making anyone feel rushed through. Thank you!

Monday Sept 6, 2021 at 1115, I watch my carrier hit my garbage can with the postal truck upon delivery of mail knocking it over. I thought he or she would get out and erect it or place on curb but didn't. The individual then hit it again pushing it to the middle of the street with the truck. So disturb by this account immediately ask a friend to take me to office to speak to the Mgr or Post Master. He wasn't not available according to a member. I inquired about the Perrin Beitel location, as a poc. I would like to handle local; however if not higher. I am a Retired Disable Veteran and fully understand the responsibilities of government workers. This carrier has no regards to his or her duties, damage to personal property using a government vehicle and the safety he place myself and community by their actions. The can final rest was mid of the street. All during a pandemic.. This person needs to be replace, I am certain their is a another individual Competent to sustained the duties with respect.

This is not a review—just a question. We are moving to Universal City and close on our home this Friday, 10 Sept. Unfortunately, we will not be there until the second week of October. Is there a way the post office can hold mail until we arrive? Thank you.

Maybe your staff could actually wait on customers rather than spending 30 minutes with one customer gabbing about their own political beliefs pertaining to masks and COVID. Do your job and keep your opinions to yourself

My husband or I are in the Universal City post office at least daily. I run an online boutique so we’re usually coming in with 10-20 items a day. The staff at this location is amazing. They always greet you with a smile and a warm hello! They will go above and beyond for customers from finding the best shipping options to explaining policies. What should be a irritating task has become an activity we both look forward to. We love our UC USPS! 💜

A man answered the phone (didn’t tell me his name) then put me on hold for 20 mins then hung up. Had to call 10x just to get someone to pick up. When someone picked up the call instead of just talking to me they kept dialing numbers and then hung up

On 16 Sept, we went to Randolph AFB post office and sent a package to Alicante Spain # UH027680885US. On 17 Sept when I pick up my mail the Spain package was in my mail box. What happened? We went to the Randolph post office today & the post man stated that the package was put in the bag for Universal City Post office where they must have put it in the city distribution and not the overseas bag. I hope you can look into what happened and see that this time the package went the right way for Spain.

I have been tracking a package that was delivered according to tracking information. Since package was not received sent to post office to inquire about it. My information was taken down and I was told Josh would call me next business day. Josh did not call as promised. I called and left message for Josh. Still no return call. Called again and spoke to Josh. He said postman was on route was going to look for my package. I asked Josh if he was going to call me back with results and he said he would. Of course Josh did not call me back. I called and left another message. Once again no return call from Josh. I called again and Josh answered the phone. Said postman was not able to locate my package. No apology for loosing my package. No apology for not following up with me. Totally could not care less. Horrible customer service. What a shame people don't care to help other people not to mention its part of your job.

I HAD A SITUATION WITH A PRIORITY FLAT WHERE THE SYSTEM DIDN'T UPDATE UPON DELIVERY. I CALLED YOUR STATION AND IMMEDIATELY JOSHUA ANSWERED THE PHONE. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO JOSHUA, AND HE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. JOSHUA ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND WILLING TO HELP. THANKS.

first call = no answer until timed out. second call = laid the phone down and chatted with other employees for over ten minutes, with me yelling "hello" some of the time.

The post office in Universal city, tx is terrible. I just moved here several months ago and I never received my mail until this year after cussing out folks for months. I have never had such a bad experience in my life getting my mail forwarded to me. Not to mention they returned a much needed package to the sender saying it was undeliverable. Now I am out of money and a purchase. The people they are all idiots and should be fired.

The customer service at the Universal City Post Office is horrible every time I go. Whatever happened to polite customer service. I try to go to a different city's Post Office if I have time. Unfortunately UC is closer to my house.
