Spoke to someone there about a missing package and was told it was delivered to the wrong address(correct address was on the label) and that the letter carrier would go to the house that it was delivered to and bring it to the correct address - the package was not at that address and when I called back no one would answer the phone - I was told by USPS that an email to me stating that it was the mistake of the letter carrier would help my claim - I would appreciate it if I could get that email - tracking number 9405509205568857762533 -

Who answers your phone? Been calling for past 10 minutes during working hours and all it does in ring and ring and ring until it cuts off. Is this how our Government works?

Have had my mail box flag up and note in the box to please pick up the outgoing mail from the front door as it is too large to fit in the mail box. This is day 4 and he drops off my mail but has not picked up my mail and leaves the flag up. Very disappointed! My small business depends on USPS. Looks like we will have to start shipping everything UPS. Very disappointed customer! Called the office and talked to Clifton. He informed me that that is out of their policy to pick up a package at the front door unless

I have called two days and the phone rings and rings and no one answers it. I know some days you are busy but is there not a post master or someone there that could answer?.

Still have not received a package containing an assignment for my child. Mailed on Jan.4. Today is Jan 11. All other students recieved theirs. Package I sent to New York was delivered with extensive damage, rodent droppings and damage to shipping box. I recieved a Christmas card in January 3, 2021 postmarked Dec 2, 2020. Can't talk to any real person at any USPS contact number, only automated services that don't address these issues!

The Schertz mailcarrier posted the following false statement on the tracking report, explaining why he did not deliver my package. I live in a regular house in a regular neighborhood. I even saw the mail truck at our community cluster of mailboxes, which is about 50 yards from my house. I was home all day. There was no attempt to deliver my package. Please see below: "We attempted to deliver your package at 5:36 pm on July 3, 2020 in SCHERTZ, TX 78154 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day."

I live in Pecan Grove at 118 Peach Lane. Someone has broken something in our mailbox and we have not been able to get our mail for several days. I am expecting some medications and can not get to them. Can you get someone to fix our lock or replace it. I am disabled and don’t get around very well. Thank you in advance for taking care of this matter.

Today, Thursday, I received a Father's Day card, which should have arrived a week ago. The envelope had been "torn" open. On the front, someone had penned, "not at this address" and underlined my street address. I called the Schertz post office and let the phone ring for several minutes, finally being cut off. No one answered. It brings to mind that people should not mail gift cards, enclose cash, or other valuables in envelopes, especially those resembling holiday cards. As for the failure to answer the phone, this has been reported numerous times, apparently without action being taken to make sure the number is correctly identified on the internet or to reprimand employees who fail to answer, if the number is correct.

The good, the bad, and the ugly I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with the Schertz, TX Post Office this morning. On 14 Feb '20 I received a notice that a package had been delivered to our community postal box in Jonas Woods at 3:45 pm. I went to my mailbox on Monday 17 Feb to pick up the package as I had been out of town for President's Day Weekend and discovered there was no key to open the package delivery box. I called the post office this morning at 8:05 am and my phone rang continuously until the system hung it up with no answer. I decided to go to the post office to let them know my concern and spoke with Chris who directed me to the package pickup door/window. I rang the door bell 3 times and no one answered so I asked Chris if anyone was covering the door area. He went to check, opened up the door and informed me that the person who covered the door was on break, mind you it was 8:20 and you had an employee on break after 20 minutes of being opened ??? I was flabbergasted as you might imagine. I told Chris after voicing my displeasure that I would be back when the employee was back to work after her break but I wasn't going to just stand there. On the way out of the parking lot, I noticed the delivery personnel were loading their trucks and I stopped to talk with one of them about my situation and voicing my displeasure about the lack of assistance I was getting. He took my name, address and scenario and said he would pass on the info to Nellie who is our postal delivery person. Much to my surprise, Nellie showed up to my house with my package at about 9:15 am. The Good....Kudos to Nellie, Chris and the young delivery guy who was loading his truck who listened to my problem and resolved it. The bad...someone on break when you just open for business and the inability of your front desk folks to handout packages as a procedural issue. The ugly...you have a toxic employee who you are well aware and so are your other employees who is destroying the reputation of your postal station. How do I know this...I've seen this person in action at least twice dealing with customers over the 3 years I've lived here. The employee has a major chip on their shoulders, has a power problem and needs customer service training and as the Manager you are condoning this behavior if you allow it to continue. How do I know this, I'm a retired AF Colonel who has had 30 years of experience dealing with military and civilian personnel in the medical field running customer related operations (Patient Affairs). My comments are intended to improve your customer service and the reputation of our community's post office.

Why does nobody ever answer the phone at the El Bel location...??? They must've turned the 'ringer' off...!!! Have called almost everyday for over a week --- and the phone tree says "I will switch you to the operator" --- but then it rings for a few minutes and eventually hangs up...!!! BECAUSE NOBODY EVER ANSWERS IT...!!!

Monique desperately needs to undergo training on how to deal with customers. I'm absolutely shocked she's still employed. What's disappointing is knowing I'm paying her salary, and paying for her nice retirement package. She's probably named Employee of the Month at this place.

Very unprofessional post office, if you have any questions or complaints nobody is able to help you or even tries to help you. I went there on Friday because a package I mailed to New York, NY was delivered somewhere in Houston, TX. I was told after about 30 min waiting around that somebody would call me in the next 24 hours, which obviously didn't happen. I'm trying to call the post office now for about 1 hour and nobody answers a phone. I guess I will have to go there again this afternoon. I'm a very unhappy customer#

These employees (women mostly) are horrible and there are tons of reviews that say the same. They need to be fired! Told Universal City USPS and they said they hear it all the time and people drive all the way to them just to avoid Schertz location.

Schertz TX 78154 Today I had the most horrible experience with post office clerk Monique. I hope she will change her profession. She should not work with people. She was very rude and made me even "shake". I WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE, I will find another post office with nice people there.

4/3/2017 - Notified management of increased delivery of the wrong mail in my mailbox over the past 90 days, including delivery of my mail to other residents. A bit troubling in that some mail are sensitive including other residents home delivery of their medications and other mail.
