This post office is absolutely pathetic. They never answer the phone or call back when they say they will. Why have contact information if it’s not going to be utilized? I’ve lived all across the United States and never have I dealt with a post office this bad.

I need to move my mil box to in front of house. She has Alzheimers and does not drive. Her current box down county road where the road bends and the carrier makes a right and does not come the road to left. There are two houses with elderly residents.

The post office employee by the name MONA is extremely rude. I went to do a passport application but she was very rude to us. Thank God I am a Christian, all things work good for those who believe in the lord. I had another customer right there who told me to go to Terrell court house and they are very professional and efficient. I did that and I was provided very good services and timely. I choose to forgive her just like God forgave me. she doesn't know what she is doing.

Need to add our new home address for mail lookup. Am not able to get an answer at the phone number listed (972) 563-2708. When we enter our mail address online with businesses, etc. the response says cannot find this address. We do receive some mail where we have directly identified our mail address (like water and electric companies), but it appears to be missing for general lookup? I have tried the online 800 number (800) 275-8777 but there doesn't seem to be any menu options to address this issue and you can't ask the computer your question directly!

I don't understand how hard it could be to deliver the mail to right location. This is the 4th time my package has not been put in my mail box.

This morning (8-20-20) went to the Terrell post office. There was four people ahead of me so I patiently waited my turn. I get to the ONE window that is open and starting giving the lady my packages (7) and asked to have each one weighed to find out the weight. I need the weight so I know how much to charge my customers and I can invoice them. The LADY told me that she did not have time to do them and asked me to step aside until she was not busy. There was four people behind me. She wanted me to go to the end of the line and when convenient for her she would help me. She said she was just to busy to help me. Now the packages were in a 8” x 10” Manila envelope. Now if I had gone to the end of the line and got to the window again and people were behind me I expected she would be RUDE again. I will take my postal items to another post office. She was RUDE and disrespectful. RANT OVER!!!!!

Called the Terrell post office numerous times no answer. Finally decided to answer and all he could say is "maam I see what you're seeing on the tracking. Let me send some emails to locate it and I will call you back tomorrow. " My response wasn't nice at all! USPS lots our kids and grandkids Christmas and can't find it or even call back with an update. This is now the second issue with Terrell's post office. First time is missing medicine! SO ANGRY AT THEIR LEVEL OF DOING THEIR JOB! DON'T LIKE IT THEN QUIT!!!! Now I have to send another so yes I will be speaking to postmaster and not accepting I'll have to research it and call you!!

Why does it take 9 hours to receive a delivery that went out at 8:30 in the morning?

the mail has been arriving late and numerous times I have neighbors mail mixed in with mine, I understand that the bridge is being repaired on CR 324 in Terrell but the post office should make arrangements to help the delivery person perhaps with additional help if that is the reason it is late. I also called and spoke to a representative at the Terrell post office and she was actually not helpful and I felt defensive, she forgot I guess who the customer is.

We constantly get other neighbors mail, which makes me wonder if the days when our mailbox is empty if the neighbors got our mail. I was expecting a package yesterday, I was informed today that it was signed for by resident. That is impossible because we weren't home and our gate was closed. Please, please correct this issue. I am now having to contact the seller for a refund and reorder, which I fear will never make it to me. This is not the first time I didn't receive an expected package and have on many occasions received packages for people who don't even live on my street.

I keep getting other people's mail, every week it happens, which means where is all of my mail? And trying to call to talk to someone is impossible, no one answers the phone. I am now waiting on a package that says it was delivered Saturday, well it's definitely not here, wonder who has my kid's birthday present? What is going on with Terrell post office?

I was at home when a white car pulled up to my house just laying on the horn. Well Ofcourse I'm not going outside to see who it is especially if they can't even get out of the car themselves. So they finally pull away and drop a note in my mail box. That is when I realIzed she was trying to leave a package. Do all of the people who deliver these packages stay in their car and expect people to walk up to them in an unknown vehicle?? That is absurd. Your offices wouldn't be so busy from people having to pick up packages if she would have taken the time to get out of her car and actually knock on the door.
