Why is my mail late everyday?

I have had several packages state delivered that have never showed up. Plus they show delivered at odd times when they are not even in my area. I know several neighbors have the same issues weekly. And when you are expecting needed supplies for medical devices this really makes things worse. And they are absolutely no help when you report errors. Horrible service

If I have a package arriving that requires signature and I'm not home; what happens to it?

I live at 9582 Diamond Ave. Kaufman TX. Our rural postal delivery is going the wrong direction of the numbers. The same driver put out mail in other people's boxes. I am outside every day and my security cameras also can prove it is the same vehicle. Please correct your drivers delivery of our mail. Thank you.

Just like all of the previous reviews say, this post offices employees are the WORST AND RUDE on the phone! I'll often find packages literally crammed into my mailbox after I've asked several times for packages to be delivered to the front gate. Postal worker would rather spend more time cramming and damaging my packages than it takes to drive down the driveway to drop off.

Yet another complaint on Kaufman post office. I went inside the post office to mail my car payment. I handed the envelope to the clerk and paid her for a stamp. She kept the envelope it did not come back in my hands. This was on the 6th of December. Today is the 18th the bank has not received my payment which is now late. I have no idea what they did with my mail. Two times when I went in this week other customers were complaining to the clerks. This post office needs new postal workers who know how to do their job. Customer asked for international flat rate envelope. She told her there is no such thing. Lady said she saw it online. She said no it doesn't exist it only means it's cheaper if you pay online. Here is what I copied from USPS site. So yes they do exist. Please educate these people on the services you have available. The Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelope
is quick, easy, and convenient — simplifying your Priority Mail
shipping process for documents. Just like the Flat Rate Boxes, this
paperboard envelope features a predetermined rate of $5.75 regardless of
the weight or destination zone of the package. This envelope can be used for Domestic Priority Mail ($5.75) and
International Priority Mail ($20.55 to Canada, $24.75 to all other
countries, 4 lb weight limit applies)

Today I took a package in to the post office in Kaufman. It was a priority mail legal flat rate envelope 15"x9-1/2". This service says up to 70 lbs. I have mailed the same items this way many times. My package weighed just over 2 lbs the flap was in place and it was taped well. The postal worker talked to me like I am stupid. She says it has to lay flat because that's what flat rate means. She said it does not mean the rate/fee is the same up to 70 lbs. She was rude and insisted the package has to be flat with no shape. She said well someone is paying more when the item arrives. I do not appreciate her rudeness. If helping customers is so hard get another job.

2 packages this week which had a tracking number were never scanned at Kaufman Post office. No information could be found until the package arrived at the destination. What good is a tracking number if the item is not scanned until it is delivered? Called and went in person and no one was helpful at all.
