Tried to call several times but it rings for a long time then disconnects me. Why publish a phone number if you aren't going to answer it. I called the toll free number and they told me to call my local post office. A private company could never survive like this.

Mail carriers should not be allowed to put your mail on the hood of your car. I will be at the post office Monday to get my voice heard but you are a freaking liar and my mail box has been in the same spot for 10 years. So the remarks you checked off were flat out lies.

The staff at forney post office are very short with me and 6 people so far and not helpful. They need some customer service skills.

I receive email notifications showing the mail that is supposed to be delivered. However, when looking in the mailbox late in the afternoon my mail is not delivered.

I have sent several packages to my daughter ap PO Box 1973 in forney. My tracking info always has my packages arriving and a time it is available to be picked up. Never is the package ready at that time. Yesterday tracking showed time after 1200noom. She is as there later that afternoon and no package. The system seems to be wait until a day late to pick up. Every Time!! I would like an explanation asap. Yesterday was time sensitive as I wanted her to be able to receive it right after her first chemo treatment. I’m upset that it was in your post office for hours and not available. Now she will hav to leave her house to retrieve it and that is difficult for her now. Maybe it’s time to go to corporate systems like FedEx or UPS. I am a patriot and supporter of USPS but this continues to be an issue in Forney. Thanks

I've tried calling several times and it rings until it disconnects. I just need to ask a simple question, but instead I have to schedule time to go to the PO to ask. Frustrating! Forney is growing and the problems with the PO are only going to get worse. Sounds like they need to hire more or more competent people.

I am getting my maill delivered to the wrong place. I have had several orders that I have placed to be delivered I don't know where but they didn't get delivered to my house. I just had something delivered to the wrong house 01/27/2021. The sent me a message that it was delivered to my house but it wasn't. What is going on with the mail. If you are not going to deliver people mail to the right the you need to be responsible for the cost. I stay in Heartland and the package show delivered in Forney. Please find my package or Refund me back for the package. This is beginning to be to much. !!!

I am so upset with our post office, the US Postal Service in general. Trying to call the post office is more difficult than getting congress to agree on anything. IN 20 years, I have actually had 1 individual answer the local post office phone. all the do now is let it ring and then it times out and disconnects. Calling the 1-800 number is not better, there is not a way to talk to a person. I vote to sell it and do away with the service if they cannot help the public they are sworn to serve. Congress and our Governor is no better. Very upset citizen. T Stocks

I live in the Heartland community and I’m constantly getting my neighbors mail and their constantly getting mine. I’ve called the post office twice about this but it continues to happen. I understand mistakes happen but not a couple times a week, every week! (That’s just MY personal experience with the mail service, not to mention everyone else in my community.) There’s an app that the Heartland community uses to communicate with each other. Yesterday, I asked everyone just how often does this happen? Immediately, my inbox “blew up” with their personal story about our mail service. The two most common issues was mail getting put in the wrong mailbox or the mailbox not getting closed all the way so when it rains, their mail is usually ruined. Just last week I was almost fined by my HOA over a violation I wasn’t aware of because I never received their warning letter. When I received their second letter it said this was their second time trying to contact me. This letter came with a fine and the fine would go up every day until the issue was resolved. Please have this issue fixed. A whole community is upset with the service they’ve received.

They lie about attempted delivery of packages. And they lie about leaving delivery notices. They NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND NEVER LEFT A NOTICE.. They lie. Isn't your job to deliver the mail? Well you're not doing your job.

I called at 8:30 asking if I could pick up my mail and the lady said no they're still sorting it and no you cannot come get it. I explained that it was my check and I really needed it in the mail comes late in the day and I would be happy to come get it and she said no again they're still sorting it I don't know why they don't get there earlier to SortIt this might be why we get our mail so late in the bloody day

Just FOREVER HOPING that the Forney Post Office will get the mailboxes keyed for Brooklyn Village so I don't have to go to the post office and wait in line to get my mail EVERYDAY! I've lived there for 3 months now with still no mail service!

I wanted to inform someone that I witnessed an elderly man fall outside the post office in Forney, TX. The wheelchair ramp is not painted and is hard to tell the depth of the curb. I informed the female mail clerk about it and she acted like she could careless! But then again I have dealt with her many times and she has an attitude of no concern. I wanted to report this accident and her to someone who actually cares!

I called last week about a package being mis-delivered (the address was not even close to where I live) & a nice man named Jerry said he would talk to the driver. This seems to be happening more frequently as a neighbor of mine one street over received some confidential financial information addressed to me on Friday. She was very nice & brought it to me. She also stated that she had been getting other people's mail as well. Could someone please improve quality control in The same thing happened in the city I used to live in (Lake Dallas) & I had no choice but to get a PO Box. That is an inconvenience that shouldn't have to happen. If you need additional help sorting the mail, I would be happy to volunteer my services. Thank you!
