Postal Locations

The phone is never answered and they steal packages that they are supposed to hold. Four different packages just "disappeared" at this location never to be seen again...

This is to bring to someone st USPS attention of mails / packages wrongly delivered/ sent at the wrong addresses -

I put in a change of address and they are still holding my mail from my hold request. After moving 4 states away-no one answers the phone or cares that it’s still sitting

Another USPS "black hole". Mail goes in, but does it come back out...? Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot??

Northeast annex is just terrible.

I mailed a flat rate box to my grandkids, and miss wrote the house num. After calling 56 times I finally got a answer and they wouldn't pull it and Mark the right house num on it. I was told flat out I had to go online and pay $14 to have them "hold " it. I just wanted to make sure they got it. So I go on line and it said I had to pay the $21 postage I had already paid to send . I just wanted my grandkids to get there box befor Easter. Now I have to wait and it be returned to me, so I can go spend another $21 to send to right house num. With things like they are right now, you would think, SOMEONE would of been just a nice person, and write the right house num. Smh

No answer on the phone. Missed delivery slip was put in the mail.

No one answers the phone here. I’m not trying to drive there for nothing. Probably kill the lights and don’t even answer the door.
