I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the Valley Hi post office regarding a package that was never delivered, but is recorded as delivered. We have had several instances where the mail is delivered to neighbors and sometimes just never received. We used to have a regular postal driver now we have several young men who have no respect for our mail or packages. The stories are endless. I have called several post offices trying to reach someone (a person) who can give me information. Packages and deliveries are money from my pocketbook. This is utterly ridiculous. Someone please contact me. Thank you.

my address is 2906 Hitching Post, 78217. Broadway office is closest to me, and they are not answering phone. My mail carrier came by about ten minutes ago. I was in the driveway about 10 feet from the box as he put mail in the mailbox. I waved at him and said loudly, "hey I need to talk to you"...He gunned his truck and took off. There is absolutely no way he could not have seen me. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a tennis skirt and and a white tennis blouse. He intentionally gunned his truck, and did not stop and find out what I wanted. I am waiting on a piece of mail that was sent from Seattle/Issaquah, WA 98029 --on 5/13/20. It is a red envelope. There is no reason why the letter should take this long to get here. I want someone to search for the letter and get it to this address. I can only hope that an unscrupulous postal worker, (like the one who is delivering mail to this house) has not stolen the red envelope. Any postal worker who does what this mail delivery person did today is in breach of his Code of Conduct, and likely does not have good character.
