My mail man is always on his phone and I am always getting some one else’s mail and my neighbors are having the same issue. Who can I report this to? My neighbor and I have the same bank and I got her statement but never received mine. This is unacceptable.

I’m adding to the commentary from Linda Kanicki. The post office on Sam Bass road does not answer their phone (512-238-9461), and there is no ability to leave messages or provide a call-back number. I tried six times over the course of the last two days to speak to someone, and no one answers. If no one is able to answer the phone, then at least provide a message so that customers’ time is not wasted.

For 4 years now, nobody answers the phone. I have been in each year and the impossibility to reach anyone at the Sam Bass Post office. They swear that they answer their phones. That's just a lie. Sorry. I've tried and tried at all times of the day. I complain. Nothing happens. I suspect they deliberately turn off the ringer. Others complain as well. This post office needs serious investigation as they are not providing for the community they are supposed to be available for. They even have the audacity to tell me, if I have a problem when I'm away for the summer with mail forwarding, to contact them. Impossible.

Dilevery carriers need to do better at their job and not slack off and deliver packages and actually knock on a door when people are home. Its not that hard guys.

Not a review. There's a package for me in box 2P at the intersection of Oakwood Blvd. and Sparrow. It's been in there for 2 days. The key to that box has been put in my mailbox two days in a row. It does not work. Please deliver the package to my house and get a replacement key for that box.

Why have a phone number listed if you aren't EVER going to answer it? I'm going to just let it ring for hours I hope its annoying to you.

first issue: nobody answers your phone at the post office. I live in Brushy Bend Park and have had delivery issues over the last few months. I have received my neighbor's mail and have not had mine delivered correctly. Last week I had a check that was due to me returned by someone else who received my mail. ACCURACY should be a requirement for US mail carriers.

Carrier delivered packages to wrong address.. when we caught up with her, asking about our packages, all she said was she delivered to other business in the same building (different suite).. this is apparently something she does often and does NOT care to remedy! If our employees have to explain an issue with your employees, it would seem your employees need better training!
