Today is Wednesday and I checked our mail on Saturday - today my daughter went to the mailbox as she is excited for a birthday gift! We got a notice that our mailbox is full and we now have to go pick it up! No one will answer the phone and this is just a terrible way to behave! Also - they didn't leave any of the mail?!? If it was full - they could have just left the note with the mail!!!

South Creek subdivision is having a horrible problem with the mail delivery in our area. We have been having problems for nearly a year if not longer. There is a thread on the Nextdoor site that has so many people saying they are making a trip to post office with stacks of mail that isn’t there’s. Mail is missing. Stimulus checks are missing. People are having to pay bills by phone because they are not getting the paper bills in time or at all. There are 4 people in my home and I get NOTHING at all for 5 to 8 day stretch’s which is crazy. My son got two paychecks the same day. They were both over a month old and he gets paid biweekly. So where were they for a month?? Boxes are left open. We are all having to bag up mail and hand deliver to each other because we always get mail that isn’t ours but belongs to our neighbors. Everyone on the feed has said they have complained for weeks and weeks and it is still happening.

Stop logging packages as delivered when they’re not. You have some really crappy parcel delivery people who are probably overwhelmed and can’t deliver their quota for the day but report that they delivered the package anyway. This is no way to compete with other companies that follow through.

Look First of all, The tracking on my 2 day priority envelope took 4 days to arrive. BUT the envelope really DID NOT ARRIVE! The tracking says the carrier delivered it @ 11:02am on 02/25/2021 (today) BUT he lied. I have been trying to call the post office to see if the carrier brought it back to the post office in truth, EXCEPT NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

Ditto here. Parcel deliveries are being logged as delivered when they aren’t, and post office won’t answer the phone. The national number basically just shrugs its shoulders about delays in deliveries. I am going to recommend that people who sell to me on Marketplace use a different parcel service. This one is not reliable. I hate that it has come to this bu deliberate federal sabotage.

We ordered paczki to be delivered from Michigan to our daughter and her family in Round Rock. When your use storm hit, my husband and I were panicking, but they were delivered on time, despite road conditions. Kudos to your intrepid carriers! Thank yoy so much!

Been trying to call RR West office all morning. My package has been marked delivered but I did not receive it. Was told it could still "be delivered". Then why mark it delivered in the fist place. Where is my package!! Better yet, answer the phone!!!

I have been calling all morning because I was supposed to have a packaged delivered and when I went to track my package it says that it is being held at the post office per the customers request when I never requested that at all. To top it all off THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried for hours to reach someone. I see many people have had the same problem. A key was left in my box because I had a pkg. The key would not open the box, so, I put the key in outgoing mail. To this date 1 week later, I don't have the pkg and no key has been left for me to open the box. And we are trusting you with our voting ballots?

I had an item “delivered” yesterday and it was NOT actually delivered. The mail lady brought part of what I ordered and marked everything delivered. I’ve been calling for two days and no one answers the damn phones. Can someone please contact me ASAP!!!

Why have a telephone number for contact and the phone is not answered? At least, not answered in a timely manner. Takes about 2-3 hours of continuous dialing prior to an answer (if any answered at all). This is not very good customer service. Especially for those that may have an issue getting to the post office or a serious issue about postal service. I'm out of town on a family emergency and wanted to verify confirmation number, via email, to extend my hold mail.

Been calling the customer supervisor supervisor since 8am is now 10:26 I let it ring about 10 times that I try it NO-ONE answers you can never get thru to them

On 5/15/19 I attempted to call the Double Creek and Sam Bass Post office locations @ their posted 512 numbers. Neither site answered @ 8:27 am. Both phones rang about 25 times each, then disconnected. I can't wait until mail services are totally privatized and these lazy postal workers who are a drain on society and our government are unemployed.

Mailed out bills using drop box at post office. They are now lost!!! Never made it to destinations. Had stamp and return address on them. People stealing mail from outside drop box??

1 had 3 packages the postman marked delivered, I NEVER received. I can not Reach a DAMN person. The carrier is NOT leaving keys for the parcel boxes. I understand there is an issue with a carrier stealing mail, which is a federal offence. PLease contact me

Wife went by yesterday cause we had a package missing. Tracking # said it was delivered but mailbox was empty and left open. Then the tried to say that it was returned to the sender. Which is weird cause usually they hold mail at the post office. They said they would figure out what happened and let her know the next day. It is now the next day, nobody has contacted us, and I tried to call before 5, when they close, and the phone just rang and rang. No answer. So far not impressed with the customer service. It's really annoying to spend lots of money only for the item to not show up, and them say it was delivered.

This location had horrible customer service a few years ago, but since then it has done a complete turnaround! The employees now are super friendly and professional and efficient! No lines, no long wait. Going to the post office is now enjoyable!

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I have a perfectly working mailbox but the postman keeps dropping it at the office, only to be told my mail isnt there and they never seem to have ANY info on who delivered, what time, type of mail, etc. I cant believe im gonna have to open a box somewhere else in order to guarantee myself a proper delivery.

This place will not answer the phone....ever. You need an appointment to do a passport application, but you can't actually speak to anyone to MAKE the mandatory appointment! Completely frustrated!

As a New Business in the Round Rock 78664 area, i just went over to the main post office on Red Bud to see about or mail delivery, it has to be " Set Up" by the Growth Management manager Eileen Flanagan, who was not in and their office; will not answer the phone, complete dissray of communications between customers and employees. This office needs help and help fast. Who is the Superior Manager of Ms. Flanagan ? Their Regional Manager? Does any body out there even give a flip? Wow good buy America, were doomed if that is the reflection of our whole country.....

This information is not correct. Passport office closes at 1pm. Staff at this location is exceptionally rude.
