I have greatly appreciated the hard work of Melin Richards. She has gone above and beyond any postal service worker I have worked with. She is excellent at communicating with us when important items have arrived and has always handled our mail with care. I’m very thankful to have her on our route.

John Gonzalez is our Postman in the Timbercreek area. He has been on time, professional, and an absolute blessing to work with. He never misses a beat when I have a package coming, and personally delivers those which are too big to fit in the box. I'm looking forward to seeing a long-term business relationship with John and the Pipe Creek Post office, as he has been a proven asset to the community since he started.

I have had property in the Castle Lake Ranch area since 2007. I have had misplaced mail and theft from my mail box. I have reported it to the post office to no avail. Since those times, Melin has been our carrier for the past several years. I have had zero issues since she has been the carrier. She has given superior service and I hope that she can continue serving our area.

Our mail carrier Melin Richards is what every mail carrier should strive to be like. She is amazing. She takes her job so serious. She lets us know if there is anything important in our box. When my husband was very sick, she delivered our packages. We are her family and we feel like she is ours. Please give her a raise that she deserves. Cindy

Melin Goes out of her way to inform us when She delivers something such as a check, package, or medication. Melin is one of the best mail lady you could ask for. She is dedicated to her route and lets us know by text if something she's delivering is a check, credit card, or anything that needs quick attention and shouldn't be left in our mailbox. Pipe Creek post office has either lost , delivered wrongful addresses for a fact I have had niehbors next block deliver packages or other items cause ended up in thier p.o. box, or mailbox.. it's soo frustrating that also our community mail box was left open amd again had another niehbor deliver another package due to community mailbox left open. Just wondering how many more letters , packages , many others including our personal information has ended up in other dishonest peoples possession How can our postal workers be so careless, now the office employee itself quickly gets attitude when asked about countless packages, letters , and seems that either 1). They don't like their jobs 2). They feel are under paid 3). Woke up wrong side bed REGARDLESS its not our problem or fault. We are trusting that our mail get to point a to point b ..SMH

The Pipe Creek Post Office has lost a very important first class letter that I sent to my son. Was mailed from Rockport Texas on December 8th, 2022 and as of December 19. 2022 still hasn't been delivered. This is just so frustrating that your mail carrier either lost this letter put it in the wrong box or did something else with it. Very mad about this. The address it was supposed to be delivered to is 173 Oak Valley....

Packages are being marked as being delivered and there is no attempt to my door, and nothing in my mail box. I try calling the post office to check on my packages and it just busy. I would like a call back on this issue and an explanation as to why you would make a package as delivered, when in fact it has not been. I get the notifications from USPS that lets me know when I have packages being delivered, this way i can have them picked up right away.

The carriers putting the wrong mail in the wrong box is so common that no one complains about it anymore! Phones, tools, medication have all been delivered but they never go to the person who is supposed to get it. When we try to find out what happened to it, the postal workers say, "well, we did deliver it." Hopefully, now that I have a P.O. Box that will stop but there is no reason for that! Now, if every mail route in Pipe Creek had Linda, there would be NO issues. She makes sure that the right mail goes in the right box. Unfortunately, we don't have her so, as I said earlier, things are always being stolen. You report it to them and they don't care because after they "deliver" it, it is out of their hands. You can file a report with the Sheriff and all they say is, "there's not much we can do because the area is so vast, we don't have the resources..." I guess you could say, no one cares anymore.

This office deliver mails made a lot of mistakes. We did not report. But this time we can not. They deliverd my medication to wrong place. My neighbor Send it to me. I do not know who he is. I really thank for him.
