App and website tell me my package was delivered, but it wasn’t there and my cameras show that no one came to my house to deliver anything.

Our previous postman was outstanding, rating of 5 out of 5. The current postman is terrible. He delivers our mail on dates we requested to stop delivery, leaves small packages that don't fit in mailbox on top of it in the rain ruining the contents, and jams all mail into box even if it doesn't fit making it difficult to retrieve. Package from Amazon shows delivered on USPS web site. No package. Nothing this time. Usually a pink note stating that I need to go to the post office and get it.

It is very frustrating that during the week my mail and packages come with no issues but that on weekends, suddenly USPS cannot find where I live or where my mailbox is. The weekend delivery driver must not have the same information as other drivers because everyone else at USPS can read a map like a normal person. It wasn't enough that I had to use a different mailing address from my physical address because the people can get confused but the address you GAVE me to stop this from happening is also not working.

Why is listed phone number and one given by postal employee to call is actually a fax number? No way to contact the Boerne, Texas post office. Spoke to postmaster at Boerne post yesterday morning and he lied to me and was supposed to call me to give me status of my undelivered mail for 8 days. What is a person to do?????????

Horrible lately - our mail was left at our neighbor's mail that was on hold mail for 3 weeks while they were on vacation - included my meds. Since Postal Service has taken over Amazon mail - many mistakes in delivery or posted that it has been delivered and wasn't until the following day - almost every week I receive mail that is meant for my neighbors - including last week - 9 pieces of mail for one neighbor and 6 pieces of mail for another neighbor - when I went to their houses - they each had some of my mail - including bills in each of the mistakes. This is really unacceptable. If I could find another delivery service or postal box I would. This past 6 months has been much worse - including an older gentleman delivering in Dec in a pickup - back of truck full of packages - even on rainy days - not tied down in any way to stay in truck as he drives up a highway to our neighborhood - that should not be allowed!!!!

Typical Government Results - Low expectations and they manage to achieve. I've used Amazon Prime for at least six years or so and they use FedEx, UPS and now (unfortunately) USPS. I've NEVER had a single problem with FedEx or UPS, but you can rely on the good ol' USPS as being a problem. For the third time, they fail to leave a package at the gate and require follow-up. They claim to have "tried" to deliver, but nothing...my phone number is clearly on the gate, but no one called. I continue to complain to Amazon and will do my best to remove USPS from their contractor list...

I've had the same issue as Summit Trail multiple times. When using Amazon Prime / free 2 day shipping, I've never had a problem with FedEx or UPS, but with USPS there is always an issue. They continue to fail to leave packages at my gate, leaving a note saying they "attempted" to deliver. I know for a fact that they never "attempt" to deliver. When I asked at the Boerne Post Office why this happens, they have no response to my question. I have to drive to the post office to pick up my package, which you are unable to pick up until the day after their so called "attempt". If that "attempt" was on a Friday you don't get your package until the next Monday, so much for 2 day shipping. Also, The Boerne Post Office never answers their phone, nor is there an answering machine to leave a message. I too will continue to complain to Amazon about USPS.

It seems everybody here has the same problem. Getting mail for the neighbors and are they getting mine and trashing it.Getting the mail Informed delivery Service indicate that I should get is a joke. and then I have to wait how many days to report missing mail! I think I know why United Parcel Service is making money and the UPS is always broke and want more for their stamps.

HORRIBLE. Today when I went to get my mail, I didn't even need a key.... mine and everyone else's mail was not even locked! All of our mail was open and exposed! Now I have been on phone trying to get ahold of someone for over 40 minutes to come close boxes and they close in 30!

For the third time now I have received a Christmas card in APRIL that was sent in the early part of December. Always from family in California. Its starting to stop being funny and just being annoying.

Does the Postal Carrier even work? No mail pick up at my BFF's home now 2 times...the Flag was up too! BIG RED FLAG....If the phones are not going to be answered and these horrible complaints I've read are not going to be dealt with, put somebody in the PO that needs a job and wants to work to whip this PO in shape, same goes for the Carriers! This is bad service all the way around! This is really bad when you have to go to the PO to drop off mail when its a service to the people!

I'm tired of getting other people's mail. Today I got car insurance policy packages for someone on another street in our neighborhood. Two days ago it was the same address only that time it was a package from a mail order outfit. I wonder how much of my stuff that's missing has been misdirected? Anyway, no one at the Boerne P.O. answers the phone (it was re-directed to a telephone modem after ringing for 15 minutes. The Postmaster is never available. The USPS toll free number doesn't accept complaints. A call/letter to our congressional representative may be my next best option. There seems to be a lack of pride and attention within the Boerne office.

So far, living in River Mt Ranch, we have had 3 different letters/cards that have not been delivered and have not received 4 different packages that were tracked to the post office by their own system! One was returned back to my grandmother, with the correct address on it - and it was returned 4 months later.... Packages are left out in piles for residents to sort through. Today - we found out that our car registration was mailed by Kendall Co. Tax office on October 6th. It is the 3rd of Nov and we still have not received it. This is an official govt document, going through the official govt mail carrier. It is the funniest thing... when you talk about mail in Boerne - everybody just shrugs and says, "Yep... That's Boerne.." At some point in time you would think that whatever management is in place would make some overhauls to ensure a better delivery system.

Same issue... seems things are NOT getting any better. I live in RMR too and the contract carrier, Rudy, is terrible. Will not pick up packages, rude when you can catch him at the mail boxes, and puts cards in my box that he tried to deliver a package but I met him at the box and he did not have my package. I guess it is easier to bring out a card than the actual package... forces me to go into town and wait in a super long, slow line to pick up my package.

The mail carrier is awful! We get someone else's mail on a daily basis. Our neighbors get our mail and sometimes we don't get it for days. The carrier crams packages that are to big into our small box rather than putting it into a larger box. Just because it fits in the back doesn't mean it will come out the front. I have had to open two different packages and tear them apart while they were still in the box because it would not come out. Then he leaves the empty box that won't come out of the front in the mail box and piles new mail in with it. It is unbelievable. When you call the post office to complain, nothing seems to change. I'm very frustrated with this service. We live in Ranger Creek.

By far the worst postal handling I've ever experienced. Not so much the service at the retail location but just delivery. I never get my packages delivered correctly. Half of them end up at my neighbors, the other half sit at the post office for whatever reason for DAYS then when I inquire about them finally make their way to my location. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but this post office does a poor job at getting mail out correctly.

My aunt has had difficulties with this post office as well. She has lived at the same address for more than fifty years, yet a delivery of medicine was sent back because she supposedly no longer lives there. She has also had "unit 1" arbitrarily added to her address and has been unable to have this removed from the post office database. Apparently the decrees of postal despots are irrevocable.

I have had 2 packages that have been lost/stolen in Boerne. The first time the package was insured and had a tracking number and was supposedly delivered but it never was. When the person that sent the package tried to collect on the insurance they were denied because they said it was delivered. There was no signature for the package. I really have come to believe that the contractors they hire to deliver the mail in Boerne have a side business stealing packages. This time, A family member sent us gift cards in a Christmas card and they never made it to our mailbox. When I order things in the mail, I have it sent to my work address in San Antonio because I have learned that packages in Boerne have a way of disappearing! If you are sending something to a Boerne address you best use UPS or Fed Ex! There is something corrupt going on here!

So my package with tracking info said signed by k brown, my last name is Bowen I can see the complication with similarity between the names, but now my package is in someone else's hands and usps won't reimburse me what I spent for the package, it had my address and name on package, did they not notice the name he signed wasn't mine or the addresses were different, worse service ever

Boerne PO has the worst service I've ever had out of a PO. Packages are left at the curb side, deliveries sometimes as late as 8 pm. And no accountability, I now have 2 package that they say they delivered that were either stolen because they are too lazy to walk up to the porch or they lied about delivering them. Go UPS or FEDEX if you want to make sure to get a package in this area.

The worst ever. I got my tracking info to pick up. Sorted at 9:44 am. It is 3:45 and still no package. I have a 45 min drive, but they wont even look. So lazy. So I wait in the parking lot. Not good.
