Over the past year I have had so many pkgs delivered to someone else. I get the notification that it was delivered and it’s not here. I’ve lived here for almost 19 yrs and have never seen such incompetence. Another pkg was given to someone else. I hope they enjoy it.

I was just sitting inside my house, watching television, when I heard a loud thump on my concrete front porch. I got up to look out the window and saw a USPS van in my driveway. Before I could make it to the front door, I heard another loud noise which I then knew was the delivery person, not very gently, dropping my packages. Again. I stepped outside to ask her to please be more careful and she told me she did not drop the packages. And that I could go to the post office to pick them up myself. I am not pleased with her conduct and discourtesy. I guess she does not care if items inside the boxes could be broken. I will be contacting the Lindale post office on Monday morning.

I do not know if you (at the Lindale Post Office) know this, but trash cans are not mail boxes. Trash cans are not the place to leave mail and packages. If you (at the Lindale Post Office) are confused or do not know what a mail box looks like please google images of "Mail Box" to help clear up this mystery.

Whomever, that is delivering the mail in HAWL, is not putting the mail in the mailbox. What is the point of having a mailbox? Not the first time this has happened. They are not even leaving the mail at the house door. When there are packages, they are leaving them out in the yard where everyone can see them and they could be stolen. You might be thinking "social distancing". Social distancing is 6 feet is not 50 feet.

We have been dealing with rudeness and laziness for months, our packages are being placed on the side of the road under our mailbox HWY 69 at that. We have a porch with an awning not even 10 feet away from our mailbox. Boxes are getting wet and could get stolen or damaged by traffic.

I object to the causal way Lindale post office employees are treating the critical need for people to wear masks by Not wearing masks themselves, let alone by NOT requiring patrons to wear masks! I ask an employee coming out of their work area into the lobby entrance why masks were not being worn as she was pushing her cart by the people waiting in line & her response was "Oh, it's all right!" to which I responded "It is not".

Shout Out for all the employees at the Lindale, Texas Post Office! . I have been going to the Lindale Post Office for almost 14 years and all but one time recently have received excellent service. Thank you Lindale for being there at this most bizarre time in our lives. And "thank you" for having precautions in place to avoid any COVI 19D germs floating around in your lobby. I really appreciate that!

I live at 11767 County Rd 452, this is new address, however my mail address has been just next door at 117755 County Rd 452 since August '18. This is my first attempt to file a complaint about our postal delivery. The postal carrier for this route is VERY discourtious and speeds from mail box to mail box. I have talked to neighbors and they said, they have complained also that the carrier will NOT deliver boxes to the porch, back door or even just the garage door. She will NOT get out of the car and instead chooses to yell at the resident for them to come get their boxes. What makes this even worse is she will just throw the boxes on the ground right outside her car and if you are familiar with that location, that means they are thrown in the drainage ditch. We constantly are missing packages only to later find them in the ditch when we mow or just happen to look in the ditch. Lately, my father-n-law has been seen climbing through that ditch to retrieve a package.....AND HE IS 84 YEARS OLD AND IN POOR PHYSICAL CONDITION!!!!!....As I mentioned previous, the other neighbors have complained and found that nothing is done about this problem, she continues to carry on her unacceptable behavior. I wonder how she would like to have to climb into a drainage ditch to retrieve one of her packages?????...Also, as I have mentioned previous, this is my first attempt to report this problem and as I have read some of the other complaints, if I tried calling, the phone just would not be answered, so here is my complaint and I would like a response and to have this issued resolved POST HASTE!!!....I realize EVERYONE has a Boss so if this goes unaddressed, I will just continue to go up the chain to someone who will assist.....IT RIDICULOUS, UNSAFE AND JUST PLAIN WRONG for anyone to have to go through such service.....Please advise, address and respond. Also, I am not bashful about being contacted to discuss further if needed... Thank you, and please advise!

I live at 20394 County Road 4114 Lindale Texas 75771 My wife has noticed a drugged out looking young boy delivering our mail, that’s not the problem, Problem is we’re not getting our mail until the next day, if then! I do online ordering and most items are tracked. Items posted: Out for delivery never arrive until the next day. Is it that hard to hire a reliable courier? Let’s get it together folks, This is ridiculous!
