I was standing outside when the mail carrier came by Saturday, November 25, 2023. When I got the mail from the box, someone had cut open my letter, took out something important, and taped it back together.
We have lived in chandler going on 3 months we have been getting are utility bills around the 25th of every month but now all the sudden we're still waiting on the bills but we haven't gotten any mail so it's the mail server and we don't need any late fees because the mail isn't getting delivered right.
Just ended a call with a very condescending woman who claimed to be the supervisor. Wasn't even worth calling after the treatment I received. Not willing to help, talked down to me as if I was a child, very poor customer service. Sadly, I guess I shouldn't expect much from a government entity.
My family Veronica Lynn Valdez and Mona Lisa walker and Ashanti Lisa walker and Jessica Lynn Smith and Leslie Herman walker the post service in the town not doing there job we never get our mail at all and I want a supervisor to see where to see where our mail go to and I am reporting them ok something need to be happen to that post office they need to be fired not doing there job right
Numerous complaints to Post Mistress, never corrected or apologised for. Mis deliveries, failure to deliver, damaged mail, loading oversized material into a smaller box making it impossible to retrieve. Failure to respond to broken larger delivery box or jammed mail unable to retrieve complaints. Fails to return telephone complaints. Post Mistress boosts, can't fire me I'm a federal "black", "female", employee. Complaints made to Postal Inspectors Office, not acted upon. The worst P.O. ever......... .
About once a month the postman does not show up to our house. My neighbors have noticed as well. Example...Yesterday (Saturday) I had letter in the box to be picked up. Postman never came.
