We live in a paved, residential neighborhood in Tyler TX. Often, when delivering mail to our home that includes a package, our mail carrier will pull up to our mailbox, stack the package and mail on the window ledge and honk the horn on her vehicle for us to come outside to collect the mail. Ridiculous.

We have not received any mail at our offices for the past 2.5 to 3 weeks. I tried to call and was told to go to the Missing Mail section on the website and tried to fill it out, but it was geared to finding lost packages and not for the fact that no mail is being delivered. I would love to be able to actually talk to someone that could help me.

I have had problems similar to all of the previous comments. I have yet to receive something I ordered over a week ago because they attempted to deliver and said it was a "bad address". So now I have to wait another week and a half to get a $150 refund. I just had something delivered a month ago and the address is fine. USPS is very inconsistent and I feel like I have a problem every time I order something.

I am not sure where my mail is going. We moved on January 28th and we did a mail transfer at that time. I ordered something and when I look up the order it indicates that it was delivered on the 22nd of February. I still have not received the package. My neighbors said that the mail carrier does not put the correct mail in the correct boxes. Could I please get some help. I did go to the carrier office on Broadway but I apparently don't have the correct tracking number. I am checking the email again. Thank you again for your time, had I known the mail situation is this bad over on the south side of town I would have gotten a PO box. My address is 218 Cambridge Road, Tyler Texas 75703.I never had any problems where I lived 3307 Pinecreek Dr. Tyler 75707 the mail carrier i awesome!!

Saturday, 2/20/21. Still no mail. The roads are open. I went out yesterday. Why is the mail not being delivered. Let's get back on track! I don't want a pile of mail sitting out while I am at work. It should have come today!

I cannot find any information on the Tyler post office website nor any of the local mainstream media websites if the post office is delivering mail during this snow storm.

My son and his new wife live in Tyler and have Covid. I ordered items from Amazon and they were suppose to be delivered by USPS. I received several failed attempts at delivery but was able to contact Kenneth at the local Tyler Post Office. Kenneth made sure he went out of his way and personally delivered the soup, tea and medicine I sent to my son. Super thanks to Kenneth!!!

Dear Tyler, Texas Postmaster: I am perplexed to receive a card we sent to our young grandson in Tyler, using an address that has worked for many years. He and his family live at 1880 Bent Tree Lane, Tyler, Texas 75703-5806. It was placed in our DeSoto TX mailbox around May 16, 2020. The North Texas Distribution Center processed it on 18 May, 2020. We kept checking by telephone to see if he had received the letter to no avail. Finally, we received the returned mail on May 30, more than 12 days after we posted it. The return address was written in the same hand as the destination address! So it made it all the way back. The return to sender sticker said there was no such street in Tyler and it was unable for the Tyler PO to forward it. I would think the Tyler PO has a list of streets that include 1880 Bent Tree Lane. Sad thing is despite the address being clear and the zip-plus area code of 75703-5806, the Tyler PO was not capable of delivering the letter. So, what do we do now? I would like to send another letter to our grandson but will Tyler PO send it back again despite the zip code and street being an accurate working address. At 55 cents a letter, do we trust the PO again? Our daughter says the mail has been regular to their house at the address mentioned above. Can you explain this? I can send you a scan of the letter’s face if you so desire. I generally admire sometimes difficult job the USPS does in moving great amounts of mail. Looking forward to your reply.

How often does the mail run? I was under the impression that it ran everyday that is not a holiday and not a weekend. Yesterday was the 29th of Jan. 2020 and no mail ran, we had mail in the box to go out and the flag was up. This is not a one time thing it happens about 5 or 6 times a month. On a normal workday not a holiday or anything like that just no mail runs. Can someone please let me know, If I need to start bringing our outgoing mail to the post office so that we can ensure that it goes out the day we need it to go out, and not have to wait until the mail carrier decides that they will come our address
