I have a complaint against my mail carrier who delivers mails at 1413 Woodway Dr. Hurst. All week and this week we have been given the wrong mail from Wednesday-Friday. Mail that goes down to the next house. My mailbox clearly shows the address on my mailbox so this individual isn’t paying attention to where she/he is when dropping off mail. Makes me wonder where my mail is going too? Please do something to solve this problem. Also I would like to know why my mail on Monday & Tues doesn’t get delivered until after 6-6:30pm? This is way too late!!

HE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!!! Talk to him nicely and he has an attitude problem!

I asked for the supervisor and he said he was the supervisor! I asked for his supervisors name and he wouldn’t give it to me. I asked him again for his supervisors name. He said what’s the problem? I said your attitude is the problem. He said well you can speak to Jessica in 30 min!

We are The Arts at Park Place. Our mail man delivers to the wrong mailboxes not only mail but packages and asks the residents to take them to the right apartment! We also have a mailbox next to our front office and it is NEVER checked. I have seen multiple different Mail men and mail women just drive right by the front office! We also rarely ever receive mail.
I wonder if my mailman is named Will based on a comment below. I have an overweight white young mail with eye glasses and a beard that is also always playing music loudly or chatting on his phone and I am guessing that is the reason he sometimes has to go through people's mailboxes to pull out the mail he had just delivered 30 minutes ago. He drives mail car #9216012. He's brought me packages that didn't even match my streetname SMH. Complaining to a manager at the post office will do nothing. You need to send a letter to the Postmaster General at the D.C. office and maria.c.sommers at usps.gov in order to get them to do something about the mailman that doesn't care to do a simple job. Some people are just too stupid to do something simple like delivering mail. Too complicated.
Very rude people specially the supervisor he doesn’t care about what you have to say the mailman keeps damaging my trash cans with he’s mail car and I went and talk to the supervisor and he didn’t care he laughed very very rude
The Hurst office is a small office, but every time that I have been there I’ve always been treated cordially and kindly. This last Saturday I went to request information regarding passports and the two ladies at the desk were eager to answer all my questions and even they gave my written information. Yeah for them!!! I am writing on behalf of a few of us residents in Alameda Village regarding our current carrier, whose name, I believe is Will. Firstly, he delivers mail in wrong mail boxes, while he is sorting the mail, he has his ear buds in listening to music, I presume and about a week ago, it was on a Friday, I saw him pull up to make his mail delivery, or so I thought but then he pulled out of the complex and came back about 40 minutes later. I do not, along with others, believe this employee should be delivering mail. We are sick of his irregularity and inefficiency. I tried calling your location but of course, got no answer (during business hours). If I do not hear back from the supervisor by this Wednesday, I am calling the corporate office. I am serious. We are ticked off here.

Your weight machine may need calibrating. I weighed two packages and tried to mail them, only to find them back in my mailbox needing 1.03 more postage. But, your weigh machine provided me the wrong postage. I'm hoping my packages don't now arrive late. I'd attach the picture I took of my package on the scale and the screen of the machine, but there is no where to attach it to this email.
