The American flag outside the Bedford Texas post office is tattered and frayed; it is also dangling by a single cord. Could you show more respect for what that flag represents by fixing those problem. Please make the flag appearance reflect pride.
We are getting checks for Johnson and Collins and they are getting our checks and mail all mixed in. We are also getting packages for other offices across the parking lot. Please be careful! this has been happening for a couple of weeks now.
I am trying to find a package that was sent thru your post office the tracking # is 9405511202061538797238. It came to your post office on May 2 2021 and I have not at this time receved it. What is going on.
This really bothers me. I received a return notice and I’ve been to the post office twice to pick up but each time I go the desk clerk advices she can not find it. They even stated that a supervisor would call me. I left my number and everything but still no call. Still no package. So what do I do. I don’t even have a clue who the package was from. This is horrible service especially for the postal services. You call and you can’t speak to anyone. It rings and the 800 number just gives me 101 things that don’t pertain to my situation
It's been over a month and I still haven't received my vehicle registration sticker. DMV reports to have put it in the mail. Since I get misdirected mail from time to time, I assume it's in a bag somewhere in the Bedford building, or it's been delivered to another address.
I always have issues receiving packages from here. Again, my package says it was delivered on May 30th. Because this post office has a history of “accidentally marking packages as delivered” I waited to see if they would deliver my package. It is June 6th and still nothing.
I called the post office to speak with someone. Typical, a woman answered (probably the same old, lazy, black woman with the glasses usually in the front), asked me what I need, I told her I need help finding where my package is, and she put me on hold.
I AM STILL WAITING ON CALL. CURRENTLY WAITING 1 HOUR 13 MINUTES. UNACCEPTABLE.
This is the 4th missing package incident I have had with this post office. How is this place still in operation with the same incompetent and rude people? You’re lucky if they answer. And if decide to keep dialing until someone answers (be it over 30 minutes) they will pick up, ask what you need, and put you on hold yet again for an additional 30-40 minutes.
These people should not be the faces running a government service. They just simply don’t care about your belongings! Why do our packages keep going missing or delayed?! I have NEVER had so many issues with USPS in my life.
I will not stop until the inspector general gets involved because there is something scandalous and shady about this post office.
My tracking #9405511898649865461582, has been at this post office since may 7th, it's now the 19th with no movement of my package that was supposed to be delivered between the 11th-13th. How much longer until they decide to deliver? At least let me know if and when you are going to deliver? Should I just go buy the same thing from someone who won't ship through your post office? I could have hitchhiked to Texas and picked it up myself by now!
Crappy service. Slow to answer phone. Left on hold for 1/2 hour at a time having to call back multiple times. Phone is not answered at all. Mailman assumes because your box is full that your house is vacant (when he can see you live there because your blinds are open, your trash is by the curb). The post man could get out of his vehicle to post a note on the front door to communicate with a customer about an overflowing box. Oh, how I wish I had someone else to carry my mail......Bedford Resident
