That's the problem Mrs./Miss Ford. This is a government entity and that is exactly what our government has become. Worse and more worse. It no longer represents the American people or moral ethics in business. It no longer even represents what the American Flag stands for. Today my mailbox has a small box package crammed into a letter box. I don't know how the Postman got it in there. It's impossible to get out. I took pictures. I have to wait now for a postman to come back and take it out and put in the bigger box for packages which is right next to my mailbox. Yeah. It's really sad times in America.

I was disappointed. Went in for mailbox key for newly purchased home. The legal document I signed for the keys had WHITE OUT. Extremely messy. And for a legal document , really unbelievable. As a matter of fact I had to sign on top of white out. If that weren’t enough, I have NO ACCESS to my mailbox till the end of the week. I received keys on Tuesday. More proof of this world going back into a chaotic state. For this to be a government entity it is truly sad

See all these negative reviews but wanted to leave some positive review. The older gentleman that delivers our mail is on top of it . Been getting packages sent to this address for about four years with zero problems. Hundreds of packages and the only time I have issues is with ups or FedEx. He’s on top of his stuff and takes pride in his work . Really appreciate what he does.

Had to call 5 times just to get to a person, then I was on hold for 25min and then they hung up. None of the residents got their mail on mon oct 24th not to mention, the last time the mail was delivered, no one received the correct mail. Most residents received other people’s mail and packages, and my mail is now missing…. Not okay!

The city of NRH mailed me a letter last week and landlord Guy LaVigne stole it. He laughed and said call the police.

I'm beside myself as my mom's last pension check from my dad passing away never came. My informed Mail showed it was coming and it didn't. I reported it missing but can't get anyone on a real phone to help.

This is by far the worst post office I've ever dealt with. It's VERY aggravating to know my tax payer money goes to these rude and incompetent people. When I first moved to Watauga, it took about 2 months to get access to our mailbox. Now I have packages that show "delivered" and "left at door" but the packages are never there. It's IMPOSSOBLE to get anyone to help. It forces me to be helpless and lose out on something I purchased for my upcoming wedding. It's funny, I never have issues with Amazon. Just the USPS......

My 88 year old parents community mailbox was vandalized several weeks ago. Now usps will not deliver the mail and stated the individual must pick up their mail at the post office. Really? Eighty year old, disabled and during the covid pandemic. This is supposed to be the instructions until usps can get around to repairing the box. As of December 1, no repairs to the box. It's been several weeks now. Maybe it will be repaired in a year? As everyone knows, the usps goes out of their way to NOT accommodate anyone. They forget that we pay their salary AND paid for that may do be delivered! Shame on this government agency. It is no surprise the usps is in financial ruins.

In July I went for 13 days, not counting Sundays or July 4th holiday with no mail. I've lived here over 30 years and its the 1st time it's ever happened. Since August I have had 2 packages not delivered. They claim they were but I was watching out the window and he did not bring the packages in either case. They were not left in my mailbox or on the porch or anywhere else. One was a birthday present, a microscope, for new kid cousin. This is disgusting. I've noticed that our current postman is usually talking loudly, apparently on Bluetooth on the phone, constantly while hes delivering the mail. Perhaps he should reserve his calls for breaktime so he could pay more attn to his job.

Why are packages that are handled by the USPS always late? Why doesn’t the USPS ever respond to customer complaints? Why is the USPS not available to customers?

This place is very unprofessional. They lost my granddaughters birthday package🤬. Found the package over a month later, and returned it to me in a box that was trampled re-taped, and almost empty. When I tried to contact them about the matter, they did not respond😭

Worst service ever at this location 6051 Davis blvd will not answer the phone. My key broke off on box they came out and replaced the lock but did not leave a key. I called 15 times it rings about 10 times and than someone hangs up. When I went up to the location to report that my key broke off the younger lady was polite and was helping me when an older lady step in and was very rude telling me I need to pay for the replacement, I told her I lived at this house for 34 years and using the same key she became rude and told the younger lady to get my info. and as I was leaving she was making rude remarks behind my back to the other 2 employees and customers, I didn't want to make a scene because of all that is going on now these days. I just need to be able to get in my box and get my mail.

I am trying to reach Post Master as our delivery person had delivered a hard back book I purchased by putting it on my porch, then the second book I ordered came a few days later and the delivery perosn bent it - creasing it in my mailbox vs putting on the porch and damaged it. I almost couldn't get it out of the mailbox. That happened about 2 weeks ago and yesterday the delivery person delivered my mini blinds (box is about 4-5 feet long) and the bottom of box is completely opened and the top in dented in. Not sure if my new blinds are damaged or not. Not sure if this box was damaged before my delivery person brought it or not. But that does not excuse the first situation.

Either this phone number is incorrect or they don't bother to answer. I have never had an answer anytime I have tried to call. No mail 2x this week. Do they just have selective days they decide to do their job? If you have employee problems then I suggest the supervisor get out and deliver mail. This is not the first time for no mail. Also, they just throw away the Tuesday grocery ads instead of delivering them.

The service, in general, at this post office is questionable at best. I'm on premium forwarding. I did not receive any mail this week. The wait hold on the phone, is one hour. What do you think my chances are that someone will call me back.....an option provided. This service costs, for one delivery each week, $18.75. Not getting any mail is unacceptable.

Worst post office EVER! Been waiting for a package since Aug and finally get it delivered but need signature-left SIGNED TAG taped to door. Nothing. Called to reschedule delivery, TOOK A DAY OFF WORK and nothing. Rescheduled AGAIN and AGAIN NOTHING! Called center twice, 1st ‘lady’ hung up on me and 2 time I called gave me a phone number that NOBODY ANSWERS! Both calls were call backs with over an hour wait time! No wonder they are and should go out of business. I haven’t got a 2nd notice for delivery and was informed after 2nd reschedule that it’s being sent back tomorrow ??!!! Beyond furious!

the person that picks our mail normally does a great job. We have a problem when subs pick up the mail or when it gets to the post office. We ship 2 day air packages all of the time and it takes 4 days just to leave the post office and get to Carrolton post office. I am thinking of using fed-x.

I recently had my mail put on hold while I was in the process of moving. Sandra or Sandy was very rude when I went in to ask if they could only hold my mail and not the other household members. She was extremely loud and everyone in line could hear her when I was trying to be quiet about a personal situation. She took the hold off, without my permission or knowledge, and so I never got my mail. I then did a change of address and since then, I still don't get my mail, only junk mail. I've even changed my address with all my accounts and I'm not getting my mail. I am missing credit cards, refund checks, etc. One check of a substantial amount was delivered to the wrong address, opened by that person, and then delivered to the address that was originally on hold by their neighbor. By that time, I had already cancelled that check and has another one reissued. It's been two months and I am missing my mail. I emailed the USPS email and never recieved a call, but they sent me an email for a customer service satisfaction survey. I filled it out and still, never heard anything. I even spoke to my postal carrier. He said they had everything messed up because I bought this house and the previous owners had an address change, and so did I. How is that so hard? It happens every day. This is ridiculous and this is the Federal Governement? Come on!! Get my mail to me.....

Virtually every employee acts and moves like this is their first day on the job! Zero hustle...the line can be out the door and they just mosey through the motion at a glacial pace. The mail delivery drivers are worse yet! God forbid they should have to make ANY effort to deliver your mail.....because they WON'T!!! someone parks 10 feet from your mailbox and it's 'SCREW YOU"....NO delivery that day. I'd fire EVERY SINGLE ONE of these slow motion, no effort losers if I were in charge. No REAL business could survive these folks. It's not fault you screwed off in high school and civil service was the only option available. May the guy who delivers ice water to them in HELL do so as sporadically as they deliver my mail.

I have complained about my mail person for 17 years. Today She shoved a 634 page book in to my very small community mailbox, ripping the paper envelope and the book cover. I tried to complain to my local Post Office on Davis in North Richland Hills but nothing ever happens and nothing ever gets better.

Last week, I arrived at the post office around 1030 am. I never received my package even though the tracking said delivered. An African American woman behind the counter helped me. She was very nice and took the extra time to help me, even though there was a line. She even called the carrier. With her help, we were able to discover my package had been delivered to the street adjacent to my address. With her help, I was able to receive my package. I have been to the post office many times, and without a doubt she is the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever had at the post office. I am a police officer, was on-duty in full uniform, so I believe she might remember me. I came to the post office today, but could not locate her. Can you locate her and let me know her name. I have something I’d like to give her. Best regards, Terry

I live in an apartment and when they put boxes in my mail cubbie they don't account for the door that shuts over all of the cubbies. So when I open my individual mailbox door I can't even get the box out because the opening is smaller then when they put the box in. It's so frustrating!

My complaint is that we get our neighbors mail and they get ours on the average of hmmm let me think, every day of the week. Is it the sorters or the carriers??? Sloppy job performance on both parts. The rep on the phone ( IF you are fortunate enough to get a rep to answer the phone) is of ZERO help. This rant just started but I am done for now. Come on NRH you can do better.

My wife spent most of the day on June 5, 2015, dealing with the post office about our missing packages. The supervisor, Susan, was able to locate where the packages had been delivered. She sent another employee to retrieve the packages and then had them delivered to us. I appreciate her assistance and hope that the carrier can deliver future packages to the correct address.

The tracking system said my two packages were delivered to my address on June 4, 2015; they were not. This is the second time in the past two months that I have not received my packages. The first time, my package was delivered to a house approximately one-half mile away. Luckily, the resident at the other house brought me my package. Who knows were my current packages may be. I cannot reach the post office by telephone.
