Try calling and no answer. Just trying to get a price.

I've been calling for a week and nobody answers the phone here. I get a computer saying "voice mail turned on" and then when I try to leave a message, nothing. When I hit 0, nothing. Call back and the same every time.

Seems as tho postal carrier refuses to deliver packages. Then marks them unable to be delivered as no one there even tho whole family there all day everyday since retired and handicapped. Went and said something at local branch and supervisor just covered for employee and stated that happens sometimes because it is a Friday or Saturday and they have other things to get to. Sometimes even signs our name and just puts them in mailbox or somewhere on ground around mailbox a 1/4 mile away from house where could easily be stolen. Guess is par for our federal agencies. Lazy, greedy, and entirely useless!

You keep sending back my packages or not even drop them off at all. You have no issue dropping off my bills. But other mail and packages you send back? Wtf.

In the past week, we received notices from our credit card company and ETEX that our payment for last month was not received and we were facing late penalties. We've lived here over 6 years and never been late with a payment. To me this reflects poor service by your office and wanted you to know that this kind of service us unacceptable. Ben Witcher
