Trying to reach someone via phone, no luck at all. Had a bigger package delivered and accidentally put the keys to the locker back in the return slot before getting my items. Need the keys again but cannot reach anyone

What has happened to the mail delivery in the Fleming Farms sub-division??? Have not received any since 5/ 5/2022.

I have tried to call this local office to file a complaint of a postal driver harassing me with screaming and calling me obscene names while driving his US postal truck. No one will answer the phone and I have resorting to contacting the post master general site to file an employee misconduct complaint.

I am so ticked off at postal service. We own a business. I have the thing on my email what I am getting that day. We’ll last Saturday. January 29th,2022. No mailed arrive. I had very important mail. As of February 2nd,2022 I still have not received my mail. I talked to a lady at the postal service ( toll free) she told me that sometimes it gets delayed. Because of Covid. Does the world stop because it’s Covid? Most rediculous I have ever heard off. I need my mail NOW.

The USPS was an essential government service, and will remain open wherever possible. What ever happen to the pony express service? I gauss the USPS is staying home and waiting for the next the Apocalypse to happen and thus doing AWS at home or playing delivery person, pity on you! UPS, FedEx and Prime still made their deliveries reasonability on time! Thank god I am paid by the hour and have nothing to wait for except that late bill! wtf!

I had important mail coming to my address and never received until one day the water company said all the mail they sent out was returned to sender…My government mail is being sent to my daughter address and she is out of state.I have 2 licenses that I have to track down and other mail because my so kind postman put in the system that I have moved wtf… I’m so outraged… who gave him authority over my address this is some sad ish.. He should be terminated and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.. Who can I report this to. I called got no response. I went to church street supervisor said he would handle it. I’m still not getting mail but ppl who doesn’t live at my address and I’ve never heard of continues to get mail in my box

Had a government check sent. Displayed it on my email. Called po, they lady was ruin and talked over me. Send for me to wait the seven days. Packages are pushed into mailbox. Mail is always ripped. Don’t want to be a mail person???? Find another job!!

STOP PUTTING PACKAGES IN SHARED MAILBOXES IN THE BIG MAIL AREAS IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO LEAVE A KEY!!!! I am tired of dealing this this bullshit almost weekly! I don't understand how these carriers think that locking packages in a shared mailbox compartment and not giving the key to open it does any good - literally a waste of resource and tax dollars.

where's my mail??? I moved a couple weeks ago and did mail forwarding, change of address etc.

Twice in the past three months I have received certified mail from the military in the mail box apparently someone signed for this I know I did not and I know my Nana did not. The last one the date is 1.12.21. Being that I am not in town.. My Nana will be in to verify the signature. Thank you.

I mailed a package from Brownville NY on 12/7/20. I mailed it priority and requested a signature when delivered. On 12/12/20 my son-in-law recieved a note saying the package would be delivered between 1 - 5 pm on Monday. He took his dog out Sunday and there was the package. No one asked for a signature or even knocked when they tossed the package on the porch., Why did pay a few dollars extra to have to sign for this???? I still have the receipt - would you like to refund me for priority mail and signature????

My package has been in transit 8 days no updates still saying the please deliver the package to the address intended

My mail carrier shoved my packages into my mailbox before reading the package which said said handle with care! My graduation cap topper is broken and my certificate is all bent up. I am thankful to have my packages delivered to me but this was very unprofessional. I’d rather have had my packages slung across my yard than crammed into the mailbox. All I ask is that staff pay more attention to what they are doing. PLEASE.

I called here to find out if a Certified letter was sent to me. I have reason to believe it wasn't. The sender said she'd received no tracking number but I just found out it would have one. BUT - the person I just spoke with at this P.O. said it's not possible to locate without the tracking number. I know from where it was supposed to be sent, so it seems they would have some information.

I got a email at 3:30 on 5-4-2020 that my package had been delivered. I checked the mail box and it was empty along with my Mail Box Door flag showed the door had not been opened. The Tracking number for USPS also showed it was delivered at 3:10 PM. I checked my security from 2PM to 4:30 PM and no one stopped at my mail box. It was not delivered. It was only a $10 item but I waited 2 weeks for it. I Called the PO but no results yet.

On March 26, 2020 I mailed a HOA payment at the mailbox on Risen Star Dr. I always mail that payment on the 4th Wed. of every month. This is the second time this year that the HOA has not received that check. I am charged a late fee and I have to pay a fee to the bank to stop payment on my check. I talked with my mail carrier and he was not working that day a sub was. I want a written statement from the Post Office acknowledging your error and not mine. I may b e able to get those fees refunded. As you may remember it was your subs last fall that failed to deliver packages, some with medications and did not pick up letters. This has to stop. Please do the morally right thing and take responsibility.

I shipped a package that should have been delivered today, it said the wrong address was on it and I checked shipping, it was the right address. It is needed by lunch tomorrow. How do I get it before it is sent back? Does anyone on here Know?

You suck! I mailed something a week ago and the person I sent it to still has not received it! A week later! I have a return address on it. I haven’t received anything either. This is crap!

The postal worker who drops off mail daily for 37128 zip code is horrible. She always seems to confuse mail with us and other neighbors. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate to take the time to sort the mail and give it to the wrong household. This is taking place on a weekly basis. Also, drop off the packages at the door when they are supposed to be delivered and not keep them until I receive 10 packages and terribly late. The postal service needs to have pride and deliver the mail correctly and timely.

I live in zip code 37129 and apparently there is an issue with the mail carriers because we receive our neighbors mail quite frequently and I have had packages where the mailman told amazon they had delivered the package and then told them that they had not delivered it yet but would be delivering it that day and it was my neighbor who brought me the package - the mailman had left it the wrong address when they originally said delivered. ( and they said delivered to a person). Now I have a package that they have said was undeliverable however, I don't know why - we have a mailbox and I was home at time of supposed attempted delivery and nobody came to the door and I am having trouble trying to set up for a redelivery or even a pick up because nobody left me a slip saying undeliverable and have no paperwork to follow up on. I am very dissatisfied with our postal service. nobody seems to care if they are delivering to the correct address or not.

I have requested package pickup twice now. The first time, you indicated that you had picked it up, which you did not. The second time, it was not picked up at all. You have the worst mail carriers in the world. I never had this issue when I lived in Nashville. I had this same issue 6 months ago and I am wondering if your carriers retaliate against those that complain about them. I am disabled and not able to physically take the packages to a post office. Two times in the past week, he indicated a package was delivered when it was not. Not sure how your delivery personnel are rewarded, but he is either lying or stealing. Twice in the past week, he inputted item delivered when it had not been. We have a Ring video system. Today, we were anxiously awaiting a replacement part. It said it was delivered so I contacted Amazon to file a claim. They sent notice to USPS and it was then delivered at 6:36 PM. SEE THIS https://ring.com/share/6574880973476337233. Last week we had an item indicating delivered, but it was not until the following day that this same man scared my 62 wife by coming up behind her in our driveway when she was unloading items from the rear of our SUV indicating, “This is yours” and leaving. As you vacancy see, he drops packages, but does not ring the doorbell. Please either terminate him based on ethics issues or relocate him out of this neighborhood. I will continue to monitor and file further complaints up the USPS CHAIN of command.

Yes my father mailed me money and it is supposed to come today cause he mailed it on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday and I am guessing it didn’t come

My mail box is clearly marked on both sides and on the lid with my address. Yet the mail carrier continues to put mail in my box that belongs to neighbors next door, down the street, or the street over. I have been hand delivering their mail to them. However, I wonder what is happening to my mail that gets delivered to someone else? I'm tired of poorly-trained, careless mail carriers!

I ordered a 8" x 2" nameplate for a Sunday School door 1/8" thick, weighing well less than an ounce(tracking # 9400116901646341085183) "Out for Delivery" today. I was home ALL DAY (retired) ...no delivery was made or attempted...and certainly no "re-delivery" attempt was made...that was/is an out & out LIE! I will inform the shipper that , in future, I will be willing to pay more to have my packages shipped by a more reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

01182017 I have not received mail for 3 days for zip code 37128, customer service is on lunch break all day long. I have lost claim package and no answer because customer service 800 is terrible. I'm currently typing this while on a 1 1/2 hour hold.

I live at 118 E kind wood dr apt F8 Murfreesboro, 37130 You have a package since Sunday in my F1P and the key provided Doesn't open that box. I put a not in my mail box stating this since Sunday and still not fix or have package. WHY is the mail person so ignorant in fixing this. This is Christmas presents! Damn this is so aggravating!!!
