Typical "government" or "quasi-government" service level and employee personalities here... never answer the phone... bad attitudes that act like the public is a thorn to be tolerated. Such service and personalities would not be tolerated by private-sector employers.

I haven’t received my package, and can’t get anyone on the phone, as tracking it shows ‘Delivered’, when I haven’t seen it yet, and it’s the day after, it was posted, ‘Delivered’?? I’ve NEVER had a package not show up, and this would be the first time using the USPS.
