This is the worst post office in the sate. The Post Mast will not attempt to solve any issues and if you make an official complaint they will say you are the one harassing the Post Office.
Packages says delivered today 12-7-22 said it was left at my door but no packages. This is not the first time. I would really like my packages we paid for. And sometimes our packages are throw on or near our driveway. And some time our mail box is left open for anyone to get our mail out.
They changed my address so i do not receive my property tax bill, they somehow were able to get my house listed as a rental property, which it never was, and now i have bottom feeders calling about wanting my property, guess i need to sue.
Once again (Sept. 09, 2021) I came home to find that the mail carrier had stuffed my box( mail, a box of shoes and a package which contained a bulky sweater) to the point that the box would not close. Consequently the package with the sweater had fallen out of the box, been run over, burst open had tire tracks on the sweater. Not only will the sweater require cleaning but the mail and box with the shoes were rendered unsecure!!! Why are the mail carriers not instructed to place the packages on the porch rather than stuffing everything in the box and leaving it subject to whoever passes by being able to see and possibley steal what they want? Do the carriers not want to care enough for their route and the folks involved to make a few steps to the porch to protect the security of the mail or packages?!!!
Delivered an empty box with a note that said they lost the contents of the package. Tried calling dozens of times, but got a busy signal every time! Tried to file a claim, but the Easley Post Office marked the delivery as complete so I couldn't do that. So I basically paid $85 for an empty box! They are thieves!
The residents of Meadow Ridge Subdivision 29642 off Meadow Ridge Road are not happy with our mail carrier. She flies through the neighborhood and constantly runs up over the curb and into our grass when pulling up to our mail boxes. I am constantly getting 109 Day Lily roads mail and they are getting my mail 109 Dahlia Lane. This must stop. I realize the street names are similar however they are spelled different and most of all the names of the residents definitely are different. If she continues to pull up in our grass we will be forced to make sure she stops by blocking her some how. Our posted speed limit is 20mph. I would appreciate a response on these matters.
Sub on Saturday put my address to delivered packages I sold delivered back to me. I had some very upset buyers contacting why I was getting there orders this didn’t look good for business. This was imperfectional for a postal employee and should not have happen. Also the manager was not very happy with me coming to the post office to get this resolved she was rude and ack like she had little patience for me.
What is up with this branch of the US Government postal facility? The condition of the building is in disrepair. Bad reflection of the US and the city of Easley.
The outside of the building has mold all over it and needs painted really badly. The grounds are always uncut and not kept up.
The counter area has messed up blinds and looks like the windows have not been cleaned in a long while. The self serve counters are always messed up.
Budgets may be tight, but the building needs attention BADLY.
If your mail doesn't show up, or you can't find something that they delivered, then always check with them at the above phone number or simply show up and ask someone there. They're always very nice and willing to help!!!!Afterwards, if they aren't able to answer your questions and you still have doubts, you can always contact the United States Inspector General's office and/or the USPS Inspection Service. However, they'll probably tell you that. They're awesomesauce :-)I hope that your mail was delivered and/or ran. If not, it'll come...eventually! Good things come to those who wait, unfortunately these good things cause us anxiety as we wait. Lord have mercy! Life...Bless your heart!Cheers, Craig
