2ND. COMPLAINT IN 1 WEEK!!! We had not received any of our daily mail from 6/3/22 - 6/8/22. I had to drive to Berea to make the complaint due to no phone call going thru. We finally received our mail at 4:30pm 6/8/22, we close at 5pm. We were told the carrier would leave mail in our box if we had already left. NOW, we haven't received mail since Friday June 10,2022. and nothing is in our box! We are operating a business and most of our mail is very time sensitive. Please let us know what the carrier is not leaving the mail in our box when we are not present. Please improve this as soon as possible. Thank you,
Dropped off QVC package at a designated drop off location. From there it goes to your facility. I’m a little nervous because I’ve heard that you guys are moving kind of slow. Understaffed and overworked I’m sure. I’m just concerned that my package is not going to get returned to Qvc in a timely fashion. It’s super important to us that it gets scanned in and we get a refund since it is a sizable refund. I don’t have a card to drive up to your location otherwise I would. I hope you get this message. The package came from the UPS store on old Buncombe Road.
I’m in Arizona and I’m trying to get a hold of this post office to have the carrier pick up my mail that was delivered to my SC address and forward it to my address I have my mail forwarded to in AZ.. some mail was accidentally delivered and I have no way of picking it up. No answer. No response to usps forms filled out online. Obviously not making a 29 hour drive to visit the post office...
They don't like answering the phone. I've called for various reasons over the last couple of months, during business hours. I let the phone ring until it stops. Why would a phone stop ringing on its own? And yes, I'm dialing their number given on the www.postallocations site.
I hope this reaches a supervisor or the powers that be. I want to acknowledge how awesome my mail carrier is. Tina, don’t know her last name, goes above and beyond. This is the WORST branch of USPS I've ever used! The mail carrier leaves our mail on top of the outgoing mail in our mailbox and we end up taking our outgoing mail to the post office ourselves. They also leave mail in our box on the days our business is closed. The days we are closed don't fluctuate...it's the same days every week. They also leave us mail for other businesses and people in the area around us.
Please make sure that your flag on your box is up. Many times we have people that don’t put their flags up and we miss picking up outgoing mail because of that. (Don’t know if that’s the case in this instance) But it helps if the flag is up.

I have been having problems about my mail every since I moved here , all my mail is not being delivered on a timely manner. I am in the middle of legation and it is very important that i get my mail on time . I almost missed my deposition because of late mail. Just got a letter yesterday dated Dec 17 and i know it do not take 3 days for a letter to come from Anderson SC which is less than 25 minutes away. Please get to the root of this problem. I still haven't got an eBay order that i placed on Dec 3rd which should of been delivered on the12th.
My business is on Whitehorse rd and I scheduled a pick up daily it’s a hit miss situation with local usps Lordy can y’all not hire good help all I need is pick ups on time . I am not asking for much . Usps just do your job !
Worst mail delivery and mail pick-up in Greenville. Even with Scheduled mail pick-ups and confirmation numbers Carrier does not pick-up the mail. On going problem for two years now. In addition complaining does ZERO good, zero results. Time to use UPS and FedEx. Laziest folks ever.
