Today, I received an expected package from an Amazon order and it was delivered roadside mid-day by USPS. The driver left the box near the road by the open gate. That is a very risk thing to do due to the high theft potential. The driver could have traveled down the gravel driveway and at least left the package in the yard, away from direct visibility from a very active road. Other deliveries, including the USPS prior, do dropoffs at the home, not roadside approximately 300 yards away. I was home.

SINCE STEVE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERING MAIL WE DID NOT GET ANY MAIL TODAY(4.2.2021 6.24.PM) HAD PRIORTY MAIL INSURED FROM CA. AND CHECKS FROM NC, NEITHER RECEIVED. CAN I GET REFUND ON PRIORTY MAIL FROM CALIFORNIA SINCE IT IS MORE THAN 2 DAYS AS WAS AGEED TO WHEN I PAIN FOR THIS FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS THAT WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR MAIL CARRIER (STEVE BOWES) WOULD PREFER THAT YOU EXPERIMENT WITH SOME OTHER ROUTES. VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR DELIVERY TODAY OR AT THIS TIME LACK OF. STILL WAITING FOR PRIORTY MAIL WHICH I PAID PREMIMEN FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BOB SHERBOURNE 803.622.0683

For the past few weeks we have been having spotty delivery of mail (about 1x per week). We have been expecting some mail (bills and other) for a couple weeks but nothing has come. The mail person comes around at various hours sometimes after dark! Last week they sped down our street not stopping at all in this neighborhood. I'm worried that some of my bills will be late because of this.

Since our regular carrier, Matt Rambo, is no longer delivering our mail, we are suffering greatly, because of misdeliveries & not picking up outgoing mail. I have been making trips to the PO for mail not picked up & putting back mail that is addressed to other people, especially our neighbors. But what ever is happening is totally unacceptable & the people on Adams Road are tired of all the incompetence we are experiencing . If I am charged a late fee for my bills not reaching its destination on time will you pay the late charge since I placed letters in my box & they were not pick-up for 3 days & I had to carry them to the PO myself?

Have had a PO Box there for over 25 years. The current Postmaster is the best since I have been here. Before it was not so great. Thank You!
