I have just filed a former complaint with the Inspector General against the associate Nancy and the happenings and dishonesty that occurred at the Ridgeway facility on July 11th, 2022. I have obtained proof that the statements made by this associate were false, known to be false, and unacceptably emotionally claimed and blamed on the customer again and again rather than admitting her mistake… I do not believe someone of this personality or lacking in honesty and character should be handling anyones mail or working in a government facility. My mother who was also effected by todays interactions is also lodging her own separate complaint with the Inspector General as it this event (which is still unresolved) is absolutely unacceptable. After being told I’m a liar when I have proof this woman was the one lying, spoken to is the most disgusting way, and hung up on, I’m then told by the post master who I was finally able to reach, that her associate was “not being at all rude and that she was next to her and could hear?!” I am floored by this experience and have never dealt with more rude, lying, or maddeningly incompetent individuals at any store, let alone a government facility. Unacceptable and this Nancy woman needs to be held accountable/looked into as I no longer have faith that my mail is not being tampered with or even purposely mishandled at this point based on this last experience.
Had multiple packages to be delivered on the 27th Jan. Received 3 out of 4. The last package says it was delivered but it wasn’t to me. I can track my packages by time delivery. Nothing but issues with this post office
I am Kathy Davis 168 Cross Creek Rd, Ridgeway SC 29130. I have packages being held at the Ridgeway post office that I did not request to be held. The carrier say at my request but that is false and I’d like them to be delivered today!
