12/13/2021 the Kiosk is not working. Jammed with customers in line. I reported the Kiosk problem but they have no personnel working who can fix it. This happens multiple times

A package, Tracking ID: 9374889700090581819671, was delivered today (10 April 2020) and placed in the large bank of mail boxes. Post office deliverer opens entire front of panel of individual mail boxes to place mail. They did that on above package. However, the door I have to open my mail box is smaller. I wasn't sure what it was. Package had to be tore to get out of smaller opening I have than Post office person. Damaged merchandise. Thanks to some lazy employee who didn't want to bring merchandise to my home - which is usually done for large items.

I have informed delivery and was told a package was delivered to my front door. 3 days later, when there was still no package I checked the large keyed box to find my package. I was never given the key to open the box, but that day it was open. Yesterday we were informed we had a package at front door again, no package, nothing (not even mail) in our box and nothing in the keyed boxed. Last week I received mail in my box for an address in California! Who knows where our stuff is actually going, and when, or if we might receive important items!

Have not had mail delivered to me for 3 days. What happened to "...neither rain, nor sleet nor dead of night.....etc"? Where is my mail!?! Bluffton has the worst facility masquerading as a post office in the nation! Just disgusting.

I texted them about no mail being delivered for a week and 2 days later mail was delivered but my mail was in my neighbors box and another neighbors was in my box. They never answer the phone 😠

Drove up on lawn and spun wheel on lawn to tear up lawn and mesh up mail box. Seen by wife and neighbor.

No one in the Haven, located in Bluffton, got mail yesterday. This is not the first time they just choose to not deliver. At least once a week ours and others mail is put in wrong boxes. Some mail we never get at all. Why can't someone do something about this total ineptness?

I went to Boston for 3 months as my husband needed cancer treatment. I was not receiving much mail. When I called the PO I was told that everything was being sent.. When I returned to SC, my mailbox was stuffed with mail and I picked up a huge bag of mail at the PO..I can only conclude that I was lied to. I complained to Columbia but was ignored. You have to love the USPS-not

Horrible horrible service. Have not seen a package that claimed to be delivered for about 2 weeks now. Don’t answer their phones. Might just get a P.O. Box at office on the island. Would be worth the drive.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. Bills are not being delivered. I am having to guess what bills and other mail I have not yet identified is missing. Quite concerned about year end information for Income Tax submission. I called the 1-800 275-8777 USPS phone number only to be informed that hold time is greater than 1 hour! Please follow up and FIX THE PROBLEM

I turned in a 30 day HOLD Dec31 on my mail from 88 Buckeye St. On Monday Jan. 5 I picked up my first group of items from the P.O. on the following Monday Jan 12, the clerk said I had no mail at the station. WRONG, according to Informed Delivery there should have been a number of letters available for me to receive. BUT, apparently the procedure was not followed properly. The clerk said the regular delivery lady was off work that day so she would call me TODAY, on Tues. Jan 13th. As of 12:35 am no call has been received. Please advise ASAP...

My mail has been returned to sender for almost a month. My auto tax bill was returned. I had to drive there yesterday to pay so I could get my sticker. Hargray called to cancel my tv and internet. They said multiple bills have been returned including Nov 1. Our medical coverage bills have been returned. My plumber bill was returned. I have gone to the Bluffton post office multiple times and they say they will look into it. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!

My neighbor, at 25 Falcon Court, has a temporary hold on her mail. Why did my mail, for 17 Falcon Court, 29909, end up in the mailbox for 25 Falcon Court??? And why do I keep getting mail for anyone who has a '17' in their address??? I have no idea how much of my mail has not ever been delivered. Why is this such a problem?

To the Post Master: Recently, I have had two separate mailed envelopes delivered to me opened. Both are financial related. The one received this past week was missing documents. I have noticed that this is becoming a serious problem, not only in my community but others in the area. Please advise what is being done to assure that our mail is being delivered and not tampered with.

Despite completing a change of address form online, speaking with 2 mail carriers in our subdivision & multiple trips to the physical location of the post office, we have been waiting in excess of 3 weeks to start receiving mail at our new address. Despite many moves within the US and abroad, this has been the absolute worse experience in getting service with the USPS.
