Live at 91 Andover Rd. USPS Tracking #9400111108296460577333 shows that the item was delivered in mailbox at 3:22 pm on January 8, 2021. Did not receive the package. The package is small containing face items and should fit in the mailbox. We have a regular carrier and do not think the package was misdelivered. Please check on this. Thank you!

Mail forwarding stopped 8/25. Since then our neighbor found mail in our box on only 2 days (8/25 & 8/28) If any mail is being held please deliver to our Bluffton mailbox ASAP and begin full mail service immediately. I have not received my mail since Wed., Aug. 19. I have called the Annex (last Friday, Aug. 21) to advise that not only had I not received mail, but that they had not picked up outgoing mail since last Thursday, Aug 20, although it had been in the box since Wednesday, Aug 19. I am concerned as we are expecting important papers. Can you please explain why we have not received mail--our neighbors are receiving their mail. This is totally unacceptable.

This is terrible 1 star it is 9:00 PM on Monday 8/10 and we still have not received my mail. I was expected an important package that has not be delivered yet. Thanks alot

Need to stop mail for hurricane evacuation

The carrier has left my mail at another home which is not on the same street. Clearly carrier is not paying attention. A letter which came from a drug company which was a recall of a drug I was taking went to wrong house and was not brought by a good neighbor until the next day. I took two pills. This could have had dire consequences. No excuse for this. I will take this to the next level if it happens again

Packages delivered via Fed Ex, Amazon, DHL, or UPS never fail to arrive at my home. The exception is packages routed through my local USPS annex. We have had multiple packages go missing despite the tracking saying they have been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made. There is no accountability. When I call to speak with someone, they aren't able to help or provide any information that I can't find on the tracking website. I moved to this home in June of 2018 and have consistently had issues with mail disappearing en route.

Crazy backward post office never delivered my mail and returned to sender because they didn’t recognize the name, enough though it was the correct address! They said that’s how they do things😆and they knew every person that lived in each house in the neighborhood! Never heard of such a thing in my life! You can’t make this stuff up!
