I mailed a package on December 1 and the est.arrival date was Dec 8. I have been tracking my package and it has sat somewhere since Dec. 5. I contacted the USP and they tell me it appears it has never left Hilton Head. My package is Christmas presents for children and grandchildren in Arizona. Tracking number 9534611419470336536318. Do not understand why my package has not left Hilton Head. Please advise.

We just purchased a home at 111 Moss Creek Drive, Hilton Head, SC 29926 and mail delivered to that address for us was returned to sender. Should we call the Fairfield Post Office?
