This post office leaves a lot to admire. I ordered medication from the UK, it arrived at the post office on 4/19. However I never got a notice of package. I visited the PO 3 times asking the clerk to please check. No, it's not there otherwise you would have a notice. He refused to go back and check. Today the 8th of May I returned, the nice lady clerk went to check, came back in 2 seconds with the package in hand! The postmaster is never available, or else he hides in his office. We need better care and attention, especially since the fees are so outrageous.

I'm attemting to figure out the list of 29 offices opened after Hurricane Maria. The zip codes listed by the names of the towns are not corresponding to the previous ones, Is this just a typo or are these newer or temporary zip codes for the emergency situation?? I wouldn't like to have my mother's mail sent to a far away place.

Don't bring receipt of the client transaction. The employee said the boss prohibit bring a receipt. In my case I return a box to Amazon and I don't have any evidence of my transaction and to track the return package.

Hours online say. Po box hours til 4:30. Nope they weren't open. My husband got there at 4:15 Many issues at this post office. If you forget your po key they won't get your mail out of your po box. Even with your Id They won't allow me to pick up my husband's stuff and he can't pick up my stuff. Even with our ids and we share our box. Its horrible service. I have gotten there in the morning and had to wait 15 minutes after opening time for them to open. Then have to wait for someone to work the counter

When I read the review by "Happy Customer" I got my hopes up... Disappointed once again. We reserved a box on line and asked them to talk to us because we had some medical needs that involved some medication by mail. All we needed was the ability to have the medications sent to the post office and we would have been happy. Even after we called them several times at different times of the day then contacted USPS and had an email sent to them we still have not heard from them. If you need their services don't expect anything more than putting mail into a box because you will not get anything else. Typical government reactions to customer needs... Don't worry about the customers because you can't get fired or disciplined. So far...A sorry bunch.

This Post Office has really come a long way in customer service from 3 years ago since I had left and returned to beautiful Rincon!
This PO was better than ANY in the States to begin with... I think Puerto Ricans are just nicer people ... Even the postal workers! They're GREAT here!
