Welcome to Aguada where usps customer services is null I would recommend to contact the (uspsig ) united states postal service inspector general you can google it,I no longer complain to deaf ears at local office they are disrespectful and like to mock people who complain.

45 families of Condominio Mar Azul have been requesting to two different USPS Postmasters the assignment of a postal address for 3 years. No body responds to call there, phones seems to be out of service. We have installed every requests the PM's have solicited, but still does not have received attention to our petition. Is anybody at a higher level that could give support? Edna E Hernandez (787)226-3967

I have been living in Aguada for over 10 years. I was requesting a USPS physical address for my home for months before giving up. Their last answer was "This is a priviledge not a right" If you go up in person, the front desk wont help out much either. Theres man there that has an attitude problem. He wouldn't get a manager when I requested for one. Now I am trying to call because they are returning my phone bills. It always seems like I hit a dead end when it comes to customer service.
