Esto no sirve dice que no pueden dejar mi paquete 📦 y la dirección esta bien

Estoy bien molesto con el servicio están cambiando de carteros a cada rato y hay algunos buenos pero otros no sirven estoy en espera de un paquete y se supone que lo entregaran el viernes 10 y en la app el cartero escribió que no había dónde dejarlo y hoy sábado 11 paso y así mismo salió sin dejar ni una carta a nadie por qué según entro salió creo que esto es una poca vergüenza pues por este servicio se les paga.

Esta es mu situación. Espero un artículo y le doy seguimiento en la aplicación USP. M suscribo para recibir notificaciones. Cuando recibo la notificación que el articulo esta listo para recoger, adivinen desde el 9 de junio y el articulo no aparece. Le pido información a uno de los empleados y la contestación es, espere a que llegue. Aunque el mensaje de la aplicación me confirma gue el articulo esta disponible para recoger. Que 🤔 puedo hacer.

Saludos. Hice una compra por Ebay y me indican que llegó el 25 de marzo de 2021, pero no he recibido ninguna notificacion en mi buzón. Mi dirección postal es HC02 Box 22525. Agradezco la ayuda.

El correo no es un servicio gratuito,los buzones de columbus landing se quemaron y no traen las cartas,pero tampoco nos las quieren entregar en el correo de la Marina,pienso que es un abuso y una falta de respeto ya que los biles no podemos pagarlos y las cartas que nuestros familiares pagan para que nos lleguen,más otras cartas importantes,espero nos puedan ayudar y no ser abusadores.

This post office sucks. I have been trying to find someone to talk to in regards to the keys of my PO Box. All I want to know is if I keep the keys and throw them away or can I send someone to return them at the post office since I live out of state. I just canceled the box today and I can't get no one to answer the phone. My friend went to the post office to pick up the last mail today and return the keys, but no one knows what they are doing and don't ask anyone that can say. It is ridiculous and pathetic the service there from some of those working in the counters. PATHETIC

Horrible postal service. This post office likes to ruin everyone's day. Every time a package says it's available for pickup early in the morning and you go to pick it up, they say nothing is there, you have to carry your tracking number with you at all times and even then they make things up. Also on two occasions I've ordered items via USPS Express 1 Day mail, and they always claim the item didn't arrive, so I stayed and they finally handed me my item, they made up a lame excuse. Another complaint is the fact that they only sort half of the mail that arrives, so if something was supposed to arrive, well you're screwed because they decide to sit around being lazy and I've seen it with my own eyes, they stand or sit and talk to each other and ignore customers coming into the post office, the manager is also known to yell right in the face of people asking questions. Something needs to be done about this post office, they don't care about providing a good service to customers and they treat people like trash, on top of that they never answer the phones, go ahead and call them, it will always be busy 24/7.

Mi queja por mucho tiempo es que la mayoría de las oficinas de correo en Puerto Rico, especialmente en Mayagüez, no contestan el teléfono. Lamentablemente los empleados de las oficinas postales no leen estos comentarios, como dice una nota que aparece al principio de estos "reviews". He hecho pruebas llamando por teléfono a oficinas de correo en los estados continentales y allá si contestan las llamadas.
