i have written to you over a dozen times....last year and for over a decade we had a woman named Eileen who was able to somehow get the mail here by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Sadly she retired, Me now have a man who is terrible in fact he is worse than terrible he is without a doubt the worst carrier in history we are luck to get the mail by 8pm. sometimes we get it at 10 in the morning only to be followed by 10 at night in a call to your office i was told we were last on the route and that was why it took so long? suddenly last in the route? why is that because the newer homes bumped us? This is a 55 + community here for over 20 years some of these women are afraid to walk to the mailbox at night because the pony express or whatever you are called today can not find the houses i mean do they move around or something? are the kids removing the numbers? is the carrier standing in the middle of town square calling out names? no wonder you are going bankrupt i would even bet none of this is the carriers fault but just god awful management maybe you should consider hiring high school graduates
You are horrible! My bank called and said you had my bank card! I went to the Warrington Post Office, and was told that Warrington Post Office did not have my bank card. I tried to call your Warrington Customer Service phone number, and no one answered. Where is my bank card? I also called the USPS number, they could not help me. Who should I talk to about my card?
I have already spoken to Keith who has been a great help about my situation. Unfortunately while the mail is back to being delivered to my mailbox. The post carrier put the wrong name back in. The scratch out my ex-roommate but deceased aunt and uncles mail is now coming to the mailbox when theirs is to be forwarded to my ex-roommates new address and I haven’t gotten my mail cause my name wasn’t put back. Now I have to make a name slip for me and my new roommate with out apt# on it and write a not to the postal lady the she messed up again and put the wrong name back in my box. Incompetence is what this is. Keith the postal master is excellent
this is a retirement community and most if not all the residents are over 60 or 70 years old yet this is my 3rd letter and i actually spoke to Keith who promised these crazy delivery times would be corrected, it is almost 7 pm and the mail has just been delivered if you can not find mail carriers or supervisors who can do their jobs please replace them. just please deliver the mail at proper hours this is crazy it is not as if the carriers have to stand in the street and yell out names
I understand you’re upset about the mail but why don’t you just pick it up in the morning? Letting all of your anger at these people who are just trying to do their jobs doesn’t help. Think about something else, read a book. Your mail can wait and just get in the habit of getting it each morning. I think we all need to take a deep breath and enjoy life instead of finding things to be angry about. Life is short…enjoy it!!

Always late delivery. 3 yrs have not had regular delivery .mail comes at 5:15 pm on some days. Who is in charge to get reliable delivery of mail to our boxes? Who is post master General in Warrington pa 18976 delivery area?
Dec is a hectic/ busy days ,but we got duty to fulfill and we should do it right! My concern are: 1 - In this household letters from other address come to my mail and we hand it to them #2 last months statements were not delivered to me, some of them w/c I paid fines for that mistakes. 3 Christmas cards for my neighbors were sent to my mails.. NOT GOOD at all.. These happened several times already ( hope others commented on this) Please make them know that even if they are only covering the area TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Thank you
