Observation: "Comments below are not read by postal employees," so that should tell everyone exactly how much the USPS cares about their customers. Also, this website "postallocations.com" is NOT affiliated with the USPS so any complaining is NEVER going to be seen by anyone who needs to see it... still... Worst Post Office EVER. The last two times I've tried to stop my mail, they deliver it anyway. Thank God I have great neighbors who pick it up for me. I called three times in one week to complain, and they just kept telling me that they would "take care of it." Nope. Now, mail was supposed to resume, and I haven't received ANYTHING in 4 days. Isn't it a FEDERAL CRIME to interfere with postal service??? Oh, and don't try to ask for the Postmaster. They are NEVER there. Yeah, right. They are NEVER going to deal with the incompetence of their staff. I'm almost ready to move just to get away from this particular office.

My mail always comes around 4 in the afternoon and I wanted to know why it comes so late to my address. I am always expecting important mail and it seems to come late after i receive alert or it is placed in the neighbors mailbox

Missing package not reimbursing me. Next day package left laying in street next to my mailbox. This is the worst mail service ever. should be able to speak with someone in authority about all the mishandling of mail

The package was delivered but the carrier listed status as left notice now I can't get paid from eBay called 8 times no answer.

Package not received. Customer services shows delivered to Penn Hills Post Office and processed: 6/20/2021 @ 8:44 am. I have called 4 times, no answer.

I was nervous about going to the post office about my missing package from seeing all of the reviews but they were actually very nice and helpful. I will say that we continuously have issues with the carriers though. Quite often, my packages say delivered when they haven’t been delivered or my neighbor gets our mail or they just sit in the Pittsburgh post office.

Absolutely horrible. They really just DO NOT answer their phones. I tried 3 or 4 times within an hour and never once was it picked up. Why is nothing being done about this if it's been an ongoing issue for so long?

Does Penn Hills post office no longer deliver mail on Saturdays? I’ve recently moved onto Leechburg Road about 2 almost 3 months ago & have not once since I’ve been here received mail (not even junk mail/ads) on a Saturday. I have Informed Delivery & it tells me I should have mail delivered on Saturdays but what ever is on the Informed Deliver email shows up on Monday. So, I’m just wondering does Penn Hills not deliver anymore on Saturdays or is just my mailman that doesn’t deliver???

This is the worse Post Office ever!!!!! I’ve been waiting for a package that was received at the post office 3 days ago. They Never answer the phone!!!

The driver of truck #5210398 tailgated my car, on Universal Rd., from Webster Rd to Reiter Rd., where I turned off. This was either Monday or Tuesday, this week, at approximately 11:45 AM. I wrote the truck number down, but didn't add the date, as I was driving, and I take this route 5 days a week.

I’m currently deployed over seas. Sold my house in a Penn Hills, had my mail forwarded to a PO Box in July (2019), 5 months later I’m still not receiving my mail forwarded to me. It’s still being delivered to the old address/new owner. Submitted a (second) change of address to the same PO Box. Still, no mail. Everyone refuses to answer the phone at the Penn Hills Post Office. This is where our tax money is going. Unreal........

My mother in law and others who live in the Churchill Valley plan ( Burton and Homewood drive area) have expressed to me that they miss having the Progress newspaper delivered in the mail. It has been 6 months plus and all are wondering if the Progress has suspended delivery, or is there a problem on the Post Office's end. I know the paper sells ads to be delivered and pays the Post office to deliver. This may be a breach of contract. If you could check into this it would make many senior citizens very happy to keep up on the local news and receive their coupons. Thank you for you attention to this problem.

been 10 years now and still no resolution to our mail delivery problems, don't know which days of the week we wont get mail, we are on informed delivery and still don't get mail. We have had North Side involved along with complaint and tracking numbers and still does no good. 10 YEARS COME ON PEOPLE !!!! REDICULOUS...

why is it so difficult to get mail delivery? if the regular postal worker is off,we don't get our mail. and why does fed ex transfer packages to the [p post office? how inefficient!. the postal service is horrible in penn hills

The Penn Hills Postal carriers out of the Penn Hills Shopping Center are very unreliable. Yesterday, we picked up mail in our driveway that was not ours, but the neighbors. Unfortunately this was not a unusual incident. The neighborhood is frequently exchanging mail to each other, that was either been miss delivered or found lying on the ground. After receiving a note from the water authority today, I realized that I never received the post card bill for March, this is not the first time that this type of bill was never delivered. It seems that this kind of post card mail seems to disappear along with others. I have complained to the post office before on this matter, but still it continues. What can we do about this problem?

I drop a package off to be mailed on 01/30/18 I just the tracking # 420569019202390100745806359241 on 02/2/18 and the package is still there when will my package start it's shipping process. it been three days already

Tell me wth is wrong with the Penn Hills office? They used to be excellent so what happened?? Complaints go unaddressed, I miss mail ie. progress( and the neighbors get theirs) food ads, I was getting my magazine on sat now I m lucky I get it by Thurs. I wonder if this is because I made a prior complaint... get this fixed!!!

This mail service is POOR. I've had to call and complain multiple times in one year about the delivery service. Just recently, I had to call and complain about not receiving my mail for 5 DAYS. On top of that, the rep at the post office was VERY rude. Does anyone one what steps I can take to file a complaint about the entire Penn Hills postal service?

why is this post office unable to have reliable mail delivery??? its ba enough that our mail is usually delivered after 4 pm when we get mail. but we have not gotten any mail since last saturday! january 13th 2018. yes i know monday the 15th was mlk day. but no mail tuesday or wednesday? what is the problem???

The African American lady at the penn hills pa location is very unpleasant and snippy has a very bad attitude just because I asked her a question and had a follow up because i didn't understand. Im African American too so its not a racial thing. As a customer service rep she could have been a little nicer. I didn't want her to handle my mail after that. Im a polite person so i have no idea where her attitude came from. Maybe because she was the only counter person?I don't know March 13,2017 about 540 pm

I live on Crescent Hills Road - as of 8:15 PM on 5/22/14 NO MAIL. Several neighbors on the Nextdoor Crescent Hills Website, also are complaining of the poor service we have had lately. Something must be done to restore our mail service in a timely, and accurate manner.
