My son moved and changed his address, I am not receiving any of my mail!

Mary and Cassette understood my heart problems and arthritis. They always rang the door bell when they dropped the mail in my basket. I have a mail box as well to be used only when it is raining or snowing. But lately there must be another carrier as everything goes in the box and not the basket and It is very hard for me to get out especially of there are packages. Please tell whomever to put in the basket (attached to the box) unless it is raining or snowing. Please. Thanks

I am deaf and have been deaf all my life. I have been surrounded with Hearing people who understands and respect my deafness, they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understand them and used common sense to provide paper and pen But at this employee at Glenside D IZZARD has really disappointed me with her awful and ugly behavior. She really does not respect my deafness and keeps shrugging a lot at me and refuses to write back and forth with me. She keeps shaking her head and just so terribly very rude with cooperating with me. Her attitude is very very very awful compared to other employers that have worked with me and provided patience.. I’m appalled with her behavior and attitude. She needs more training with engaging customers.. I’ve never experienced an post office employee that keeps shrugging their shoulders so hard when i asked for paper and pen.. I tried to gesture that I wanted the cheapest shipping as possible. She kept giving me a cold stare. It really broke my heart and I never experienced an employee that denies communication access with me. Especially continuing talking behind their mask (that’s really offensive to the deaf community) Ive spoke to the manager to please review her again and i hoped they had cameras around to see that awful attitude. I had to apologize to the manager that I am sorry that I am born deaf and I cannot hear.. but their employees should be working with deaf people and providing communication access the best they could instead of staring so hard and shrugging so hard and shaking their head. Talking behind masks will not magically make me hear and understand. Manager said he will talk to her but I doubt. He seemed to be passive and this will not be addressed but it really should be. I shouldn’t walk out of the post office with a broken heart and wishing to be hearing Have a good day
