Renew passports

I have only received one mail run since July 15,2022. Is there a reason or purpose of no mail delivery to my address. 1 Beryl Rd. 19012?. I am a registered Nurse and work early and late hours so I am not alway available to make it into the post office. I hope there is a reasonable explanation as to why I am not getting my mails delivered.

Older white female employee walked through the door without mask, did not social distance and obviously did not care about my immunocompromised status, let alone her coworkers. I hope shes fired. Just avoid this place

MAIL WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MELROSE STATION APARTMENTS ON FEB, 18 AND 19. WHEN I CALLED THE ELKINS PARK POST OFFICE ON FEB. 19 I WAS INFORMED THAT MAIL WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. NO MAIL.

The Elkins Park supervisor directed postal employees to trash political mailers from the Republican party. This supervisor should be terminated. Give the supervisor a polygraph test along with the accuser.

Our mail carrier does not wear mask or gloves. What is the policy.

HELLO, ONCE AGAIN I MUST COMMENT ON OUR POSTAL WORKER. HER NAME IS JANICE AND SHE DELIVERS MAIL TO OUR CONDIMINUM CHELBOURNE PLAZA. SHE IS SO EXCEPTIONAL. WHEN SHE IS NOT HERE ON ANYDAY IT IS NOTICED. SHE ACTUALLY TAKES A BLACK MARKER AND WRITES THE UNIT NUMBER DOWN ON THE PACKAGES SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO READ THEM EASIER. SHE PUTS RUBBER BANDS AROUND WHEN YOU HAVE A LOT OF MAIL SO IT IS EASIER FOR YOU TO HANDLE. EVERYTHING JANICE DOES IS TO MAKE OUR LIVES HERE AT CHELBOURNE EASIER. THANK YOU SO MUCH WE HAD OUR WONDERFUL EDWARD AND OUR CHRIS EARLIER BEFORE THEY RETIRED. WE ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE THE BEST UNITED POSTAL WORKERS . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT EMPLOYEES.

This is a wonderful post office. Easy parking, minimal lines that move efficiently, the most helpful and friendly staff. I was gone for a few weeks and forgot to have mail held. Apparently the mail was piling up outside my door and the delivery person collected it all, brought it back to the PO for safe keeping, including packages. Spoke to Walter at the Ashbourne PO today who immediately knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed they had all my mail and packages in bins. Verifying I was home, he said they will deliver it today, even as I was expecting to go in this weekend to pick it up. When you think about the terrific service the US Postal Service provides for literally the cost of a stamp.. it's remarkable. I'd pay $1 stamp all day long to continue supporting the Post Office. And ps, this PO branch in Elkins Park has a terrific assortment of stamps to shop - far more interesting than your run of the mill flag. I overbuy stamps on the regular! Thank you, EP PO!

On July 18th, 2018 Rockauto delivered a rather large package to my home. When I returned all I found was a slip from the Bensalem, Bucks Co. branch telling me there was a balance of $5.15 which I thought I paid online with my VISA. Bottom Line: Called EP PO before driving to Bensalem and spoke with Walter L. there who offered to personally deliver the package right to my door, which he did with the hour. Some folks just like their jobs and make everything easy. Great service, thanks.

Have to give thanks and credit where it is due. Exceptional customer service, as one of their supervisors, Walter Lee, tracked down a package we had express mailed as a gift that got lost. He found it, is having it delivered to him so he can get it to our friends personally. What an awesome guy - can't tell you how much we appreciate it. Great service from a great branch. I don't usually write reviews for anything but felt the need to do it and express my thoughts about the employees and supervisor at this specific usps post office. Let me begin by saying the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Today I visited the office to pick up my package and I CAME TO USPS POST OFFICE IN ELKINS PARK BECAUSE CLEARLY WHEN I TRACKED MY PACKAGE, THE STATUS INDICATED THAT MY PACKAGE IS IN THIS SPECIFIC POST OFFICE I'M NOT STUPID. Thus I came here. I approach to this employee who is Indian American and kindly told her that I'm here to pick up my package. So she asked me for my address and when she finds out that I live in Abington, she instantly gives me this dirty look and says, "this zip code is Abington you have to go to Abington usps post office. It's not here." So I tried to show her my phone which has all the information and the status of the package but she said, " no no no no I don't need to see that you have to go to Abington post office" in a disrespectful way. Then I talked to the supervisor and he even denied to look at the information and told me to go to Abington post office just because the fact that i live in Abington. So i decided to leave but as i was leaving, another female employee who is korean laughed at me and made me look like an idiot in front of many customers. I drove all the way to Abington and showed my status to one of the employees and kindly checked everything for me and advised me to go back to the post office in elkins park because IT'S THERE. So I drove all the way back to elkins park and told the supervisor that IT'S HERE. He sighs and goes back of the building and called Abington post office and talked to the employee. He goes, "Why did you send this guy back here?" What kind of supervisor says that? Seriously mind blown... He disappears for a while and VUALA! There's my package! GREAT JOB ELKINS PARK!
