How much worse can the service get, I did not receive any notice/s that package was delivered for two packages. I looked out the window Sunday morning wondering why a box was in the lawn only to look at monitor and learn the deliverer threw package across the gate in the rain (I was at home sitting right near the door....WOW) and left to soak overnight!!!! I know that the person scheduled is known and should be held accountable. It really is sad that the laziness increases around the holidays as if it already isn't disgusting. I continue to receive mail for the block behind me which has me wondering if they receive any of my mail because they sure as heck don't bring it around like we do on my block and it is discussed. How can we keep discussing other issues in the world when we don't even care to improve at home. What happens at the meetings if there are any? Do you not receive mail yourselves and appreciate better service? How you do anything is how you do everything.

No one here works .but the Male worker. Never get mail even when u pay for a p.o. box. And nothing never changes even when you talk to the supervisor. It's sad these women won't do their jobs it's a lot of people wanting and waiting

I ordered something and it was left on my site that an attempt to deliver was made. There was no yellow card left for redelivery. When will my product be delivered? Please tell mail person who delivers on the 72nd & Ogontz area to be more careful. This is the second time in two weeks i didn't receive my items. They are on cellphone and not concentrating. Moving too fast.

Nearly all summer my mail has been delivered to my neighbors to my left and my right and even to houses several addresses away and ot course I have been given msil for other people but today was absolutely ridiculous....my mail was left outside on a cooler on my porch...I clearly have a mail slot on my screen door...mail delivery is very important...if I made as many errors at my job as the delivery person (s) assigned to 1500 East Mayland St there would be significant consequences....I appreciate your attention to this matter...
