If you want to be berated by Raheem for not standing behind the glass (I genuinely forgot there was glass even there, to which I get abruptly cut off and told "talk. To. Me. From. Behind. The. Glass.) and get told you "have problems" for complaining to him that his behavior is rude- this is the place for you!
I worked in customer service for 7 years. Not once, no matter how annoying i found the customer, did I take a such a rude tone or tell a customer "you have problems, lady".
I just went to mail some Christmas cards. I don't understand... and at the end, to top it off, he threw the book of stamps i requested at me and I had to catch it from falling on the ground.
Covid is no longer a acceptable excuse for incompetence. Third time in 6 months a package is miss sent to the wrong post office. USPS needs to go away. Never had a problem with fedex or ups. Thank you Phila. and Jenkintown.
I have a package from new jersey to philadelphia. I have been waiting for it since nov.6. Already Past over 2 months. i contact usps customer service, they said last scan was at post office jenkintown. So i visit at post office to ask about my package, they are so mean to me and they said my package haven’t arrived. I just need my package.. i do not want to lose it by stupid usps system. I understood about delayed due to the covid19. But 2 months? It’s horrible.
Horrible service!! Very important expensive package was twice returned back to sender. Post office failed to contact me. I have to pay again- 3d time!!!! And nobody is responsible and nobody cares:(

I have a problem with amazon packages showing up on time whenever the post office is the carrier. It’s ridiculous. I am waiting on time sensitive deliveries and the end of the estimated delivery time comes and my package has yet to arrive. I live in the Wyncote towers and I saw the usps guy come but all he did was deliver small mail. Now it’s the next day and the package status says awaiting delivery scan? Where is my package? I needed it yesterday. You guys need better postal carriers. Preferably people who take pride in their job.
I sent a package from Amazon to my son , Sammy Shaar 765 Wooded Rd Jenkintown 19046-1549 . The package was there for delivery on April 6. The person who was delivering said address wrong undeliverable. I contacted USPS customer care service on the 7 as it said they was going to try one more time. Peter said it was the delivery mans fault as he was on wrong road. Set redelivery for the 8th. No package ever arrived. Recalled customer care and found out the post office sent it back on the 7th to Amazon. Really mad. Did the person ever look at address on package????? Did he call to speak to someone??? Meanwhile his birthday has past. Never ever had this happened to me. Right name. Right address. Right zip code. It left the facility at 8:09 am on April 6. At 4:16 said undelivered. Amazon is resending package soon. Make sure person knows where is WOODED RD is. Still upset.
Kudos to our mailman, Tom. He is a nice person who does an excellent job. In fact, we know when Tom is away as the substitutes do not do as good a job as Tom. It seems that everyone likes Tom and we think his superiors should know what a great job he does in Hollywood, Pa.
