Ok I used to always mail packages to family members 2yrs ago and from the Post office on Cottman Ave I recently moved 2yrs ago don't get done work until a half hour before Central avenue Post office closes! I never complained about this one Teller! But I recently was sending a package to my brother in Blue field WV and it was a half hour before they closed and I knew as soon as I was waiting in the doorway this guy was telling a woman absolutely nothing to help? Crap I thought here we go! She actually said I'm just asking for the form or the website u keep telling me that I need and I am asking you for help.. This Guy is not a Person who should work with the public! She said ok please help these people in line and I can wait.. I listened to the entire conversation how she repeated it to him 3times how she paid for the package online and the tracking number said it was here where her Post office box was delivered? He said that he can't help her Go Online and basically told her to go fly a kite! The lady in front of me asked for stamps and he said look on the wall and figure out which kind? She said I asked u for just 3 stamps sir? He was so ignorant and said you didn't say that? Well I had to say something and then I got his wrath.. I said she said can she have 3 stamps sir? He said I was not being waited on please keep quiet?? Seriously and this lady who left us go ahead? I talked to her outside and she told me that it wasn't just me he is rude to everyone around closing time and only when he is working alone! Ok so that's just half of it.. I am next he grabs my package stamps it and tells me the price and absolutely nothing else?? I said I need insurance? It's Insured and throws my receipt at me! I asked him are you serious behaving like this and it's not the first time sir.. He said he has No time to Explain anything to me or anyone else it's a joke to him and where he is from and he has a family to get home to! Wow I never complained but this was insane! I am still waiting for my package to get to my brother and I didn't have
