I ordered something from Lisa Leonard Design on 6/17. Was shipped from California on 6/22. Tracking number from usps states it "was delivered to my door" on 6/25, however I have not received the item. I have tried to call the Bryn Mawr Post office and they phone rings several times and then the call is dropped. I would like to know where my package is for godsakes. The USPS has gone to sh**

I have not been receiving my mail since the beginning of 2019 or I have only received a few pieces of mail here and there. I used to live at 700 Ardmore Ave. Unit 606, Ardmore Pennsylvania 19003, I live now at 956 East Railroad Ave. Room 130D, Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania 19010. I have requested and filled out several address change cards and I have called Ardmore and Bryn maw post offices on several occasions with no or little results. The last address change card that I filled out and gave to the post deliverer was on March 2020.

Not good enough. You demand your customer’s e-mail address on all your forms. You should therefore give all your post offices’ e-mail addresses as well.
