I am unfortunately reaching out this morning because I was called on my phone and harassed verbally by an Ardmore, pa postal employee. I submitted a change of address back in June. I have not received any piece of mail. I have very important pieces of mail I should have received by now and no one is doing anything about it. When it’s the post office job to literally deliver me my mail. I would like an investigation on both post offices as well as the rude employee that called my phone to yell at me or her job. Very unprofessional and disgusting. That is a horrid representation of the US postal service. That woman was horrible.
