Arrived in front door at 3:54 and was promptly told they were closed (hours are listed until 4 PM. Pointed out that it wasn’t 4 yet, and a woman from the back rudely said ‘we’re closed-go to Bryn Mawr’. This isn’t the first time I have encountered this. Absolutely abysmal attitude. If you are that miserable in your job, perhaps you should be fired and let someone who wants to actually work and provide friendly service take your place.

Impossible to get through on the phone which makes it hard since I have to call to have the mail on hold brought to the station to I can pick it up.

Went today to mail out some items... the lady was so rude when I asked for help. Seriously, if you're that Miserable, don't work there.
