Postal Locations

Packages arrive and set for 2-5 days before a key is placed in your box. Then they send items back if not addressed to 711 Spruce St and then your box number. These people do not care if you get your mail or not. Zip Code and #XXXX means nothing to this clown show.

Please make sure the block is OFF my PO box as my forwarding order does not start until 9/5. My birthday package was forwarded and returned back to my sister. She had to repay the postage again and mailed it back today. Do NOT FORWARD anything until start date.

Lately, our mail delivery on Crestwood Place has been over an hour later than usual. We normally got it close to 4pm, and now it's after 5:30pm to 6:00pm. Why is this? New hire? Route change? It is unacceptable. We need to get it back to a reasonable time. Please do what you can to make sure we get our mail no later than 4:00 to 4:30pm, or earlier. Thank you for your help.

I paid $40 to get new lock for my mail box. It is going on TWO friggin weeks and no lock. I feel your not providing the thus withholding my mail is illegal. The postman knows about this disgraceful and possibly illegal event And now the postage has gone up for what More poor service. Another note Stop extending the postman’s route so that are mail comes at all different times during day at after 6 pm PLEASE EMAIL ME THE NAME AND TELE IF ZONE MANAGER. Linda Young.

My packages are constantly delivered to my neighbors when my usual delivery person is out. I get their packages as well. Some just disappear. Very frustrated

Order Stamps By Mail? Impossible cause employees/carriers do not know & have not been instructed how to receive large orange envelope, open, remove cash/check, insert stamps requested & return to address on the front of the envelope. Talk to Postmistress? Waste of time - she's deaf & just collecting her paycheck & waiting for retirement pension! What a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!

Your Pick-up service is endangering lives. While you have social distancing decals on the floor going to the clerk stations, it's a free for all to pick-up a package, or other mail, at the Pick UP Door. Busy as heck with one poor female clerk running back and forth. And a crowd of people all standing in front of the door waiting 15minutes to get their package with only a few practicing social distancing. I dread getting a yellow card! To the Postmaster - yours is the worst run operation along the coast as there's always long lines in your lobby.

Someone in Brookings is stealing from my PO BOX! All my packages I ordered for x-mas show delivered when tracking but have never showed up in my box!
In the past I have had checks come up missing. It has to be an employee. HELP my child has no presents now.
