I am moving to Gold Beach within 2 weeks. I need to inquire about getting a P.O. box as there is no mail delivery where I will be moving. The physical address is 29801 Hillcrest Street #2. I reside in Northern California, how do I go about getting a P.O. box?
Called to find out where our packages are. They show delivered but we did not receive them. These are very important packages needed them today. Called three times and it just rings. no one answers....
will not answer phone. it rings and rings and rings. then busy signal and then they end the call. what happened to the word SERVICE??? it used to matter when I worked for the company. Sure can understand why people hate the post office. PURE INCOMPETENCE !!!

Postal service is not delivering packages and are saying they attempted to that is a lie I can not get nothing done about it because they don’t care about the average man this has happened three times in last month and they just lie about it or give bull crap excuses take yesterday for example post man stops at box’s leaves mail makes a u-turn to deliver package to neighbor then drove right by me then I get a notice to pick up at post office on a text from Amazon the postal service has done nothing to correct problem I would thank you to get my packages delivered like there supposed to
Terrible customer service from the woman working at 5:00 pm on April 16, 2020. I stood in line and waited patiently until she was done helping another customer. She informed me that she was closed and wouldn't help me. I told her I just needed to pick up a package for my elderly parents. She said she didn't have to help me because it was after 5:00. Totally unnecessary. I was the only left in the post office. It wouldn't have taken her any time to provide proper customer service. She kept yelling she didn't have to help me. How lazy! and what an abuse of power. Customer service is part of a postal clerk's duties. If you don't want the job, then quit. I've read other negative reviews for this post office. What is being done?
This has got to be the WORST postal experience I have ever had. It is so bad that the general public has come to accept the Incompetence as being a way of life.I regularly have packages sent back to sender with the correct address, They wait forever to check in their packages, and i receive other peoples mail. AND I HAVE A PO BOX!!! This is in their facility!Latest issue I had a FedEx package ( will not allow a po box address ) ship ground as a partnership with the post office. The package clearly has my street address on it and Fed Ex has asked them to deliver it per the agreement! But it was returned to sender IN CHINA because they were too lazy and i found out DIRECTED to send them back to sender if the person on the address has a PO Box.I Pay for a PO Box.. I am wondering why. I only got a PO box because mail gets goofed up when it goes out!I would like them to talk to me about it but I have NO CONFIDENCE that the current post master has the ability to.
Beware of this PO. They are very Very lazy and will and do send back mail that they just don't want to sort. We have now had them open and read our mail.. and send back items that were properly addressed to us and our Box.. When we ask whats going on we get attitude from the workers in the PO.. They shoudl all be fired.
