My package to my nephew was supposed to be delivered last Friday. He has been checking every day. The tracking number states that it has been delivered in the usps mailbox system, but no key was left for him to get the package. Can't talk to anyone at the DCU Post office because they don't pick up the phone. Someone from the post office has this package, whether by accident or theft. This is horrible customer service. Now he and his son have no Christmas from me or from his mom as we mailed it together.

Sars approved my service request for hardship delivery promptly and courteously. This is on contrast the postmaster at the 4th street office, who as of this writing has respinded to twi request in the past year.

I called to find a missing package. The tracking info said it was delivered. No package was in the lock box. And no package was at my apartment door. I called the DCU facility and it range for 3 minutes. No one picked up and then the call was disconnected. This is the second missing package in a month!!!! The last time I entered an online ticket. The only response was a survey on how the USPS resolved my issue. It was not resolve nor was I contacted.

Please don't give some "BULL" as "Address Unknown" as the mail truck sat by my driveway while the carrier looked for my package. Didn't find it, so he just drives off. It is a good bet when he finds it he will not return. Which means a Sunday delivery which the DCU manager does not allow. Then delivery is maybe Monday or Tuesday is the best hoped for. So goes the USPS service!! Also, package delivery to the house the carriers are not to use my Newspaper Tube for delivery, IT IS NOT A MAIL BOX!!! How lazy can the carriers get? Can't walk 30' to the front deck/door? If I get my package tonight/tomorrow accept my apology. RJM

Mail used to be delivered by 11:00 a me ery day, then it was 3:00 p m. Now it is 5 p.m. or after, so I assume any mail that is out for dilevery in your box won't actually be sent until the next day?????
