The post office is suppose to open at 8:30 had to bang on door did not open till 8:35 !!!

Would sure like to know how to get in touch with the Willowick post office since they never answer their phone. I am not getting bills delivered to my address and one is my monthly insurance bill which they have told me it was sent. This has happened two months in a row now . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I recently moved and decided to change my address online because its fast, easy and only cost $1.00 the last time I used this online service. Imagine my surprise when I read the fine print notice before I put in y information and found out that its actually $24.99 now. So glad i read that again. Are you insane? So you can verify who I am and for processing fee? That's almost scam like. SHAME ON YOU!!!

The USPS personnel at this post office rock! The postal workers behind the counter are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sometimes, I witness customers who, quite frankly, are rude to the workers. Despite that, the postal workers remain thoroughly professional. I, for one, would not be able to act with such decorum if folks treated me with undeserved disrespect. Fortunately, such instances are not commonplace, in my experiences at the Willowick Post Office. Thank you, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. You are essential; you are valued. Peace.
