Don’t call this place. God forbid you have a question and need some clarity about an important letter that you needed delivered. The last “Sharon” not sure if she gave me her real name, seemed bothered by my phone call immediately. I had to scroll back a few pages on my phone for a tracking number and she put me on hold before I could begin reading the numbers. Apparently I was taking too much of her time. She was rude and nasty and should not be working with other humans because she couldn’t handle a simple hello without an attitude. Her behavior was disgusting. She changed her tone a bit when I had to call her out on it. Then she really changed her tone when she asked a coworker to stand next to her to listen to how she handled the call from that point on because she k ew I was going to complain. So I guess it’s ok to speak to people like trash according to her whenever she doesn’t have an audience. I suggest she get some customer service training because she was super unprofessional and if she’s representing the people we trust with important mail and packages then the people of Willoughby are really screwed. My family runs their own company and we speak to new people everyday, she most certainly would’ve been fired immediately if she spoke to my customers the way she did to me. Do better “Sharon”.

I can’t believe that a government agency can’t find a company to take care of the appearance of there building. The landscaping is atrocious. The amount of money the tax payers pay for the post office services should more than pay for the upkeep of the premises. What a shame. They should be ashamed. Very disappointing.

This post office has three stations to help people but most of the time that I have gone there only one person is waiting on people and there is a long line of people waiting and this is worse before holidays.

I mailed a letter certified and they sent it back to ME. I received a $25 dollar late fee. How horrible is that? USPS isn't what it used to be.

Our mailman came and I had letters to go out with the flag up. they picked up one letter and left our mail. When my husband went out and got the mail the flag was still up and one of my letters was left. Thank you it was a TAX LETTER. Now I have to drive to willoughby to mail it tonight.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. The lady behind the desk was lazy and refused to print a receipt. She only wanted to chat and waste time. I was told that in order to get a printed reciept for a postage paid box, I need to go to another office....
