Based on the tracking number from my that originates from Ironton. The label was generated on the 5th of January. It is now the 10th and it still listed under pre-transit. So it looks like I may not get it this month if it takes this long for it to be scanned into the system before being shipped. So sad that the postal service is having major issues in getting items shipped in a timely manner. Maybe they are under staffed whatever the case its affecting business when they clients dont have a clue when or if ever they will get the items they ordered.

If I didn't get a busy signal for the past four days from the Ironton and Portsmouth post offices, I might figure out why my package has went from setting for 3 days in Cincinnati to 3 days in Portsmouth to 3 days in Cincinnati again to now Columbus. What exactly does "priority shipping" mean?

THANK YOU!!! I had a priority package sent to me that got missing during my few days in Ironton. Thomas Walter got on the case and was very professional. He kept in communication with me and made sure I received my package promptly at home. This kind of customer service is not common these days; he is definitely a great ambassador for the city. Because of his actions my anger about not receiving my package when i was supposed to, changed to respect in the way he conducted himself and represented the United States Postal Service. I hope his service is recognized.
